I made 2 purchases with Bubbly Belle back to back. They were both for 2 bath balms each and a extra ring with each order. This is a total of 4 bath balms and 2 extra rings. The first order went to a woman in AZ named ******** so i got her 1 ring and she got my 2 balms n 1 extra ring. I sent attachments of her shipping label i received and they said they would fix it. This never happened. Then my second order was sent with 2 balms and no extra ring. I sent emails with attached pictures of the 2 bath balm rings but did not get the extra ring. They said i have to go door to door and ask neighbors and to to post office. They finally sent the single ring. They refuse to give me my 2 bath balms with rings. I advised them my 2 bath balms even after i advised them that my cameras never saw the items put into my mail box. I want what i paid for. I have all my shipping labels even the one with the AZ address for ********. I want what u paid for. I told them i was going to the BBB in the email.Business response

They charged me WITHOUT my consent. i cancelled the order and they sent me someone elses BANKING information. They sent me the product, and I refused the order. It has been returned back adn they still wont send me my money back!!!! this company is a bunch of scam artists. i will only buy from local people now. These people are terrible.Business response
