      I noticed Oliohant USA LLC is on my credit report as a collection account for ************* I have disputed this because I have never received anything from this company on a collection account. If they tried sending me something, they must be sending this to the wrong address. Any help would be appreciated so I can get this taken care of.

      This company has attached a fraudulent claim onto my credit report. *** disputed this claim several times with the company but they have not provided me with any documentation that shows the claims are mine. I asked for a signature documentation that this was approved by me. Their parent company has filed for bankruptcy and they have attached an account to mine from someone who has a similar name so they can collect money for their bankruptcy filing. This fraudulent placement onto my credit report is affecting my credit score and is a blatant violation of my federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rights. The supposed account shows a date of 5/2021. This is a complete fraudulent company trying to illegally extort money from someone because of their own personal inability to manage their finances and theyre now in bankruptcy trying to fraudulently collect whatever they can.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have attempted to contact Ms. ****** ***** several times and have left Ms. ***** several voice messages with no response from Ms. *****. This is a fraudulent claim on behalf of Oliphant Financial, **** with no viable proof that I personally signed for anything. From my resource, this is simply a fraudulent attempt to extort money because their parent company and CEO has filed for bankruptcy and is in need of funds. I have no idea who they are nor who this company is and why they attached it to my name and my credit report.
       
      This fraudulent attempt to collect money is now showing negative on my credit report as delinquent and it has affected my credit card balances. I have had my credit report drop over 70 points on all 3 of my credit reports and have had creditors on my credit cards reduce my credit limits because of this fraudulent claim, which in-turn has also reduced my credit score because of the debt-to-credit ratio has increased. This Ms. ****** ***** deliberately refuses to return any correspondences and this is impacting my everyday day life because their parent company does not know how to manage their finances and are going bankrupt. 
       
      I want Oliphant financial, **** to remove this fraudulent violation of my federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rights.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They have had 30 days on several occasions to correct this issue. I've disputed this several times on several credit reporting agencies and I've even called ************** as asked on the initial response, but they have not responded in a timely manner to each. At some point, their stall tactics are going to become criminal acts because it's seriously affecting my credit score and reducing my credit limits on my credit cards. At what point do they have to take responsibility for going bankrupt? They should not be able to keep affecting innocent people for their mismanagement! This should be settled now.

      And, their response is addressed to Mr. ********************** who's that? This shows they're not taking this seriously and have no clue what is going on. It showing a direct and blatant disrespect for my Federal Fair Credit Report Act rights and for FCC regulation laws.

      I've asked the company to supply me with the cancel check that one of their representatives stated that they have on file. He also stated that he had a copy of my Driver license I've for ********************** to provide a copy to me as the consumer. On March 27, 2024 I haven't received any information from this company. I'm asking again to provide me with verification as to how you are validating this account belongs to me.

      Oliphant is reporting an account on my credit report that I don't recognize. I sent them a debt validation letter on 2/9/24 which they received on 2/17/24. As of today, 3/19/24, I have not received a response from them and the debt is still reporting on my credit report, which is a violation of my rights under 15 USC 1692G.Their lack of validation is hindering my ability to obtain credit and I do plan to seek legal action if this account is not removed from my report along with any "alleged" liability of the debt.Attached: Validation letter, Certified ************* proof of delivery date
