Being told I owe 15 thousand dollars for an accident I wasn’t even involved in. I’ve been threw a lot this year broke my back pelvis both arms and currently have blood clot in my leg. The stress from this is putting me over the edge expecially due to the fact I was NEVER on an accident which they are claiming I owe money for . How do these people sleep at night??? I hope karma comes around and pays them a visit.

I the claimant was the last owner to register the vehicle but I passed over responsibility and ownership of the vehicle prior to the accident when I signed over title and gave bill of sale to new owner had I not sold the vehicle and signed over title and gave the only key to the current owner I wouldnt be responsible for a accident i wasnt involved in. The new buyer should be the one responsible just because the guy I sold it to didnt have insurance or pay to register I dont see how that is my fault. This is complete ********

I haven't been in any accidents and for that matter, have never even received so much as a ticket in my life. This scammer keeps leaving messeges. They won't be getting a return call. Trying to commit fraud and collect money they aren't owed.

From the looks of it this company seems to have been involved in multiple lawsuits of them falsely attempting to collect money that isn't owed. They called me and claim I'm a responsible party in an accident I wasn't in. I've made contact with my attorneys and am in the process of alerting the local authorities in the area of Florida they're located in Only giving them a 1 because 0 apparently isn't an option.

We investigated the claimant's complaint and could not locate a file under the given name. However, this is not a consumer debt, but an unresolved tort claim. Subrogation is the right of reimbursement from a responsible third-party. The claimant owner and driver are equally responsible for the loss. Resolving these claims is not a scam, nor illegal. We have sufficient documentation to validate these types of claims. The claimant may contact the account representative at ************ to discuss the details of the file and the options available.

I have received two voicemails from ************************* claiming their client paid damages which I'm responsible for, except they provide no details about the client, the damages, or me. I mean, if I was listed as responsible, wouldn't they address me by my name in their messages? I also have not been in any accidents. The messages claim that "failure to reply *** affect {my} driving privileges." The phone number area code matches, but it is a VoIP number. The messages say to call me back on the VoIP number, not the ********************************************** 941 number listed in their contact information here. I don't know if a scammer is posing as this company or if this company is trying to scam people, but I certainly will not be paying anyone.

They are horrible! My husband and daughter were in a car accident. The car flipped over somebody hit them from behind, by the time they where taken out of the vehicle the person who hit them was gone. My daughter was rushed to the hospital and now we are receiving threats through voice mail and the mail. We keep telling them it was a hit and run and the vehicle was not found. Yet we keep getting told we have to reimburse them everything they covered. Why in the world are they taken out so much for insurance if they will not cover when we need it. I don't know what to do to let them know the vehicle was not found and it was a hit and run! We tried talking to them they just say sign the paper send it back I will absolutely not sign a paper that says I'm responsible when we pay so much to have health insurance in case this ever happened.

I received a letter saying that I owed money due to a car accident and have 30 days to pay an outstanding amount. I have Been calling and email repeatedly with no one ever responding to my email or calling me back. Contacted the ***** **** which said that there's nothing that they can do. This collection agency is the worst they are not in business to help you resolve issues whatsoever. No matter how many times I try to call or email I never get a response. I have even gone onto their website but to no avail I still cannot get a person on the phone to speak with me in reference to this matter.

I received a letter from vwi subrogation Inc stating on June 20th 2022 I was involved in an accident and they sent this letter to recover payments by this carrier that are deemed to be my responsibility and they say I owe $9, 572.85 for something that never happened for an accident that I was never in.
