      I contracted eCampaignPro (XL Technologies, LLC) to market realtors. At the time I spoke with a representative and I was informed that they were have a three months special for the marketing and I accepted it starting January, February and March. At no time was I informed that I had to cancel after the three months if I were not using them. In the beginning of September I noticed in my bank account that the amount of $199.00 had been being deducted. I immediately called eCampaignPro and after much disappointment I was informed that they could only refund July, August and September. As of this day, I have not received any refund. Please help me recuperate this amount since I never signed any agreement and was told verbally about the three months special. Thank you.

      Maria Sivit reactivated her eCampaignPro account on January 3rd 2024.  Because of the content Maria Sivit was marketing eCampaignPro requires a minimum 3 month commitment.  All eCampaignPro plans are billed on a monthly basis unless cancelled via email to [email protected] or [email protected] which Maria did on September 5th.  As per our terms and conditions (see attached section 3 and 6) which were electronically signed by Maria Sivit on 1/3/2024 (see attached) there are no refunds for past charges however because she had been a long time customer we agreed to refund 3 months of past payments.  Due to a processing error on our end this 3 month refund was not processed appropriately however as of yesterday 10/14 I have processed this 3 month refund (see attached).
