      Ripped us off for over $4,000.00. Did not give me the Implants I paid upfront for! This is MDIS and Waters I de Dental. That shares this crooked Dent I st. I w I ll take Litagat I on against u bo t h Sarasota Offic

      I "fired" *** ***** ****** on August 21, 2023, the day he was supposed to take an impression for the crown that would complete my implant at tooth 29, mainly because the incompetent receptionist claimed that I had no appointment for any time that day. Doctors and dentists are required by federal law to give patients their medical records. Despite my repeated requests, he would not tell me the details of the implant that was already in my mouth so another dentist could complete the job. I repeatedly contacted him directly at ******************* and his main receptionist, ***************************, at ******************. Both ignored my requests as well as those from my follow-up dentist, ***** Dental School.On August 16, ****, I went to the ******** office in-person and a new receptionist, ****, who didn't know any better, readily gave me the info. The regular receptionist, ********, was also present but didn't have a chance to tell **** to ignore my request.I never expected that I would be firing him before the job was done. So, I signed his contract during our initial meeting, January 11, 2023, and paid in full upfront, on that date, as his policy requires. Warning to potential new patients: Don't do it. INSIST on paying as you go. The contract also says no refunds, so I'm not optimistic that I will receive a refund for the crown that he will not be installing; Ill let Small Claims Court decide that. Actually, its no money out of his pocket. All I want is the amount he would be paying to an outside lab to make the crown. Hes just mean and greedy as you can tell from the other comments.

      The business took my money and has given me the run around for six months saying they were having trouble with the previous dentist and they were waiting on the **** Now they say they are turning over to their lawyers and I am out $5,000. I intend to go see a lawyer Do not go there.

      This business took my money. The dentist they had working for them parted ways. Now both the dentist and the business refuse to finish my dental work, each claiming it is the others responsibility.
