      They called asking energy questions. I explained we are on the do not call registry. She stated that she was not selling anything. I said who pays you and what company do you work for. She stated Home Energy Advisors. I said is it not a for profit company. She said yes, but that we were not paying her. I said I am not interested. She asked if I was a taxpayer. I said not interested. She asked something else. I said not interested and this continued until I was finally rude and hung up the phone. I agree this company need to have the ******* Attorney General investigate them for deceptive practices and their rating needs to be lowered.

      My husband and I spent one whole year going back & forth with this company to have our windows installed from July 2020 thru June 2021 (but a contract had been signed back in May of 2019). Windows were installed back in June 2021, they never installed my front door which was part of the package, the loan that I paid for included it. They promised to have the door back and installed 10 days later, but here we are a year later, and my door is in someone's truck, not installed, but yet i am making my payments on time, just like if the job had been fully fulfilled. Communicating with them is pointless. They have a secretary that can only rely a message, it takes weeks before i hear back from the same person who is only giving me empty promises. I would never, never recommended this company to anyone
