    Cleaned , regrouped and fixed soap dish that came out of the wall . The soap dish came out without us even using it after two short months . I called Grout Doctor multiple times with no return phone call . I did receive a text that they would come out Thursday or Friday but they never showed nor returned their phone calls . Guess they do not warranty their work . Will be taking our business to someone else .

    We take customer service and warranty very seriously at Grout Doctor. We unfortunately had a communications error causing us to not receive your reply confirming which day would be acceptable. Unfortunately, we had hardware issues causing a blackout. Customer service and quality craftsmanship are what we have built this entire businesses around. The owner (Brett) contacted this customer before this correspondence was delivered. We had made arrangements for Brett to personally go out to repair the problem and inspect what the issue is this evening. We hope that this correspondence will be removed once the item is cured! Regardless, we do apologize for the inconvenience and will do anything necessary to resolve the issue with the soapdish, we absolutely do not leave our customers stranded or neglected at any time ever if we can help it!
