  Priceless did an amazing job with our hurricane damaged roof. ***** ****** was our point of contact, and the claim process was smooth. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our roof replacement. Highly recommend this company!

  The salesman that came to my house wrote a contract that it has a different amount of what they are telling me now, the gutters were included from the beginning on the original and only contract that the salesman gave me and only contract that I signed. They came and replaced my roof and when the roofer finished, I asked him what happened with the gutters and he told me that they were not included on the repair contract. Then I proceeded to show him the contract and he said yes it is included in it. I was there when he called his boss to tell him they need to complete the job with the gutters and his boss said they will contact me, but they didnt. I had to call the salesman multiple times, with no answer, then I called their main office and I asked to speak to his manager, but no call back to me from his manager either. Then I called again and spoke to one of the receptionists and she said she would let him know to call me, but no call from him again. This was almost 2 weeks after the roof was done and still my gutters were not complete. Then 5 days later the gutter company called to schedule the replacement which they finally completed to honor the contract. Once the difference was supposed to be paid off from my contract, this company tried adding extra money, they want a higher amount without my knowledge, without my consent or my signature, now they want over $3000 more from the original contract. I told them I will honor the original, the only contract that I signed and I will pay them what the balance on that contract I owe them, they are trying to break the contract and scam me out of more money that I do not owe them. I should have gone with a different company that would have done the roof at a better price, but this company said I had to honor their contract so now they do not want to honor their own contract. I will advise anyone going with this company to read thoroughly the entire contract and know your rights.

  After Hurricane *** destroyed parts of our house, I signed with Priceless to help us get the house repaired. I worried if I should have or not. But, I am so glad we did. It was a very stressful time. But in the end, anything covered by insurance was totally repaired within six months. Most houses still had blue roof tarps and obvious damage. I sure hope I never have to deal with another hurricane. But if I do, I would use their services again without question.
