      My washing machine flooded and after 21 days of the adjuster coming out and assessing the damage I still have no answers as to what my claim status is. I have left nine messages and have asked to speak to the supervisor. Even the supervisor doesnt return calls and the message states he will get back to me by the end of the FOLLOWING business day. This company is terrible and I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!!!

      They canceled my policy after one claim with them. I didnt find out they canceled it until my mortgage company notified me I was without hazard insurance one month later. So jacked up

      this compay is *****, they cancel my Policy with out give me a cancel notice , I foud out a hard way,2 months later the morgage company told me my insurance is expired !i hope this comany out of business soon!

      Company is a sham in my opinion. Asked for several updates on a property in order to get it insured and when the updates were complete, indicated it took too long and the quote was no longer valid. Asked for a new quote and they indicated they were not planning to insure it at all. Absolutely no problems with the house as we've received new quotes from others - since this company was far from ethical - who i might add did not need the updates that have cost us a few thousand dollars. Steer clear if you want to save time and money

      Never transact anything with this company unless you want to suffer.They sent an independent adjuster, he is aware of my deductible of $2,500 , looking at the damage made by broken pipe , molds on the drywall . He assumed that total expenses would be $2,460.25 . Wow! He is not even a contractor to justify the expenses and he further stated the house is brand new. Sometimes envy goes a long way to the point it blurs his judgement. I hope he would have worst experience than me so he knows the feeling . My last year with this company. By the way, 1 star is too much to rate them.

      They have a policy that they will only insure up to 2 people on a homeowners policy. When they discovered that we had both my mother and my spouse on the deed, bringing us to 3 insured, they dropped our insurance. Apparently my 82 year old mother is too great of an underwriting risk.

      Beware of this incompetent company. They have gladly accepted our money for 5 years with no issue. As soon as we submit a claim they are non responsive and refuse to provide an escalation or help on the claim. After being a month late on providing an approved amount to cover the repairs they offered $4000.00 compared to the contractors $18000.00 quote. Stay away from this company and find one more reputable.

      This firm will talk the talk to get your money. When or if you file a claim they will change adjusters multiple times to avoid making a pay out. Worst company in my opinion. I suggest avoiding at all costs. During Ian, no where to be found. All my **** neighbors who did not have this firm were helped. We were and are left with the worst customer service experience.

      Run! Run! I made a claim after some water damage to my ceiling and hard wood floors. I was assigned to adjuster ***. I waited weeks to receive a call from the local adjuster to access the damage. I called the insurance adjuster(***) back and he said he forgot about me. He finally sent a local 3rd party damage adjuster to access the damage. There was a lot of damage to the hardwood Floors and they were bowed. The local adjuster reported that the floors could be sanded??? The adjuster *** had forgot about me again and I had to call him after weeks. He told me that he was sending a check to have the floors sanded. I told him no, bowed up floors could not be sanded and to not send a check for that. He said he would send Steamatic out to access the damage and they could also do the work he also stated that Steamatic was 4~6 weeks booked up. He also said he was sending the check for the floor sanding amount. Steamatic came out and stated that the floor had to be replaced but they were 12 weeks booked out. I waited weeks again to hear from *** and finally had to call him back ( he forgot me again ) Steamatic sent an assessment for replacing the floors and fixing the ceiling. I told him they were 12 weeks out and I would find my own local contractors. He told me that since I already received the first check he would send the difference. Keep in mind that it had been a month since he said he was sending the first check. He said it was sent and that I had it. I told him I never received it and he insinuated that I took the check. He was passive aggressive, rude and nasty. He asked if he should cancel the check. Why yes moron. The check shows up on 10/20 with everything in the envelope dated 9/23., *** did sent on that date.Now I have a cancelled check. I have been trying to get in touch with *** and I am holding 45 min to an hour and have to hang up. I was not given a direct number it even an email. Premium just went up $500. and I still have a mess.
