      **** **** Academia, pedi un reembolso del curso y segun ellos enviaron el dinero a una cuenta bancaria que yo no uso, y no tengo contacto con la persona a nombre de esta cuenta. No actualizaron mi tarjeta bancaria al momento de la transferencia incluso antes de el deposito les proporcione hacer el pago a esta nueva cuenta. Les pido hacer una Disputa bancaria para que la transferencia sea cancelada a traves de banco. Y ellos no dan ********** Necesito ese dinero depositado en mi nueva tarjeta asi como les pedi desde un principio.       Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Ms. ***** ********. We take these matters seriously and appreciate the chance to clarify the situation.

      The customer requested a refund for a program purchased. In response, we processed the $3,000 refund to the original payment method, which is the standard procedure required by our merchant processor. Refunds are always issued to the same credit card or account from which the original payment was made.

      After we processed the refund, the customer has requested that we transfer the refund to a different credit card. Unfortunately, we are unable to do so. We do not have the ability to redirect a refund to an alternate card or account, nor can we initiate a bank dispute on behalf of a customer, as this is not the way banking or merchant systems operate. Once the refund is issued, it is the financial institution that completes the transaction and posts the funds.

      We have reviewed our records and confirm that the refund was successfully processed, attached are proofs on our end to the original payment method. If the customer no longer has access to that account, we kindly suggest that they contact the financial institution associated with that card directly. They will be able to assist in recovering the funds, which may include issuing a check or routing them to a new account depending on their internal policies.

      We remain available and willing to provide any documentation needed to support the customer in that process and hope for a quick resolution on her behalf.

      With over $10,000 paid to the business in promise to make real estate deals and insistent calls and emails offering more promising opportunities, I have saw none. I purchased what they call Acelerador de tratos but must say it does not work it hasnt worked for me on too having to pay a $125 monthly membership. I ask for a refund in lack of its promising working service that did not work.

However, billing, and customer support for that product are handled separately. We recommend that Ms. ****** ******. contact Pro180s customer service team, who will be able to assist with this matter and address their concerns regarding the program and membership.

      On July 27th, I paid $5,000.00 to the business to receive access to a program which contained online courses, video calls, and other services. After paying, I did not have access to the online courses. On July 29th, I emailed the business to inquire about the lack of access. The business responded to my email saying I needed to sign a form before accessing the content. I signed and submitted the form digitally but still did not have access. While contemplating this issue I did some more research on this organization. I found nearly identical complaints with issues like mine. I also learned that members of this group have been held liable before for fraudulent behavior. They have reportedly misled numerous people and potential clients with false information and misleading advice. They repeatedly have asked for compounding investments without their program providing substantial results. I am now sure that this is the beginning of what they are trying to do to me. I filed a dispute with my credit issuer because I never received access to the full program as advertised. The business countered in my dispute that refunds were not offered and I signed agreements acknowledging so, but a refund is a return of payment for a return of services and I received no services for my payment . They also claimed they attempted to reach out to me but the only contacts I received were automated mailing list emails asking me to join their scheduled video calls. They also invited me to a meeting in ******* but upon further investigation, several former clients have testified that this is another way the business defrauds people. The meetings are held with the same intent: to coerce investments from eager yet vulnerable people. This business is very unprofessional and will take advantage of their clients unless held responsible. They must return my funds and cease attempts to reach me. Please help me correct this situation by recouping my funds and holding the business accountable.

      Upon receiving your payment on July 27th, we promptly responded to your inquiry on July 29th, explaining that access to the courses and program materials is granted once the agreement is signed. This is a standard practice to protect the proprietary information contained in our materials, ensuring it is not shared outside of our platform. We did receive your signed form, and at that point, access should have been provided, based on our records you accesed the platform August 02, 2024.

      Refund:
      You mentioned filing a dispute with your credit card issuer regarding the payment. We would like to confirm that the refund has been processed, and no further funds are owed. Our policy on refunds was clearly outlined in the agreement you signed, but we honored the dispute resolution process and ensured your funds were returned.

      Pague un curso de mastermind x ******* en la academia de ***************** donde se me ofrecieron bonos donde daba 10 sesiones personalizadas y en el contrato solo agregaron 3, se me ofrecieron 2 **** completos unicamente para las personas que se inscribieran en ese momento lo cual yo hice y hoy al venir al supuesto mastermind esclusivo descubro que hay muchisimas personas no solo las q se inscribieron..y mi mayor molestia es que ni siquiera tengo acceso al curso de mastermind x el que pague desde el 19 ******* ..les e estado pidiendo ayuda para ingresar y solo me mandan correos sin resultado..no fue lo que me ofrecieron y quiero me reembolsen al menos el costo de los 2 cursos por 5000 y 420 dlls.porque la inversion de el viaje hacia *************** etc nunca lo recuperare ...esto se trata solo de ofrecerte cosas q no son vdd solo para que compres el curso y despues lo manejan de diferente manera y esto no fue lo que me ofrecieron si me lo hubieran explicado de verdad como era no lo compraria...gracias

      Raul Luna Academy he does false adverting and harass you so you can get different programs with him he also tells you that you need to have an LLC he persuades you in getting it when I told him I was not able to get a LLC at the time because I was going through a divorce process he told me to get it under someone else name I told him that it was a fraud. I never signed any contract with him

      The Ral **** Academy offers courses in which it offers you to teach you how to make real estate deals, without credit, without Money and with no experienced, and in an easy and fast way. They constantly call us to sell the courses, they even encourage us and insist that we can use our credit cards to purchase them. They excited us and played with our illusions and need to get ahead. Once we buy the first course, they continue to insist us to buy another and then another and so on. We bought 3 courses, or events. 5 thousand, 4 thousand and 10 thousand dollars. And unfortunately we are not the only ones we know many of victims in my same situation where they have not made real estate deals and are also indebted with credit cards for being part of the Ral **** Academy.We no longer want more victims of the Ral **** academy. ***************** should be honest and speak the truth about what it is to make real estate deals, but he talks and says it is super easy to make people to buy his courses. We want Raul Luna Academy to refund us what we paid.       Upon receipt of this complaint, we immediately conducted an internal investigation to understand the circumstances surrounding the client's experience. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the payment process for our program, which unfortunately led to the client not receiving access to the program after making a partial payment. We wish to clarify that this was not a matter of intentional oversight; rather, it was an issue of communication that we were previously unaware of, as the client had not reached out directly to our designated support channel at *******************.

      We understand the importance of rectifying this situation promptly. As such, we have processed a full refund to the client as of today, please see the image attach.       On March 2022, I bought my first course and paid $100 to the academy. After this, they offer a second course for $5,997.00. that I paid with my discover card. I was not sure to spend this much money, but decided to try. I did not sign any contract. I took the course for a little longer just following their advice to keep sending offers to get a deal. It did not worked out since they would not borrow you money as they promised ($250,000) if the deal does not follow the rule. VDR (value of property after renovation) X 70% - renovation= offer price. basically, you would have to deceive people to be able to buy the property with that offer price. moreover, the would not borrow you the money to buy the property if the offer does not follow the rule. Obviously, prices got higher. This is totally a scam.
