    When I called the company concerning an emergency situation, I was told the technician would show up in 3 minutes. He showed up 55 minutes later. He was polite and quick in changing the lock. However, he said he had only one original key and did not have second one with him. So, I had to pay for extra keys. He also took my old lock with him and despite a text message and two phone calls from me requesting my old lock, never brought it back. This seems like a scam company. The same person answers the phone and says he will have the manager call me back. There is no manager or a supervisor here--it's a one-person "company."

    The date of transaction is 6/25/2024. The technician, *********, quoted me a price of $195.00 for a service call and to replace a door k*** I paid by credit card and he did not show me the charge when he ran the credit card. I received a notification from the bank that the credit card was charged $295.00. I immediately called the customer ********************** **** and told them I was overcharged by $100.00. They said on 6/25/2024 that they approved the $100.00 refund and it will be returned in ***** hrs. The refund did not happen. I have made subsequent calls to customer ********************** and they keep saying the refund is approved and wait another 2-7 days for the credit to appear. So far the credit has not arrived.

    On May 26th, this company was dispatched to assist with a lockout. The person came, looked at the lock, and just drilled it to open. Took less than 5 minutes. He took me out to his car and kept trying to get me to pay cash, I told him I only had a card. He said fine but theres a 10% CC fee (which is a crazy charge but I took it). He charged me $280, with no explanation of the charges - the $175 fee says it was for him to look at the lock.

    I called ************* they had a locksmith technician named ****** come out. He unlocked my car for me. (He was in his own personal car, unmarked commercial vehicle). When I asked him how much it would be, he said $160, he said he could take **************** or any other online payment or cash. I went ahead and used Venmo as that is what I usually use, as I went to go use Venmo, I typed his number in Twice ***** told me that the number was correct and so did he so it went through but then he said he did not get on his end. He was looking at his bank account and said that no money was put into it. I then went and got cash and paid him $160 cash assuming that I would get my 160 back if I didnt through the company. When I reached out to the company, I explained to them what happened and I said I would like to get my 160 back because I gave him cash and would like my other payment of $160 rightfully back to me, now totaling $320. On Venmo the name that the number he gave me was associated with was called ***************************, I thought it was odd because he said his name was ******. Later on, I reached out to the company and notified them that I would like my money back at some point because I gave him extra now. The company told me to not worry, and if they would look into it, a little while later, the technician called me on his personal phone, which I thought was very unprofessional, saying that he never uses Venmo. At this point I am stunned as he is now lying to me. The company then called me back and told me that they cant do anything for me and cannot give me a refund because the technician does not use Venmo even though I sent my money to him at the number he provided with me and then turned around and lied, saying he doesnt have Venmo. I reached out to ***** to see if they can give me my money back and I am waiting on their response. ***** said they will try to get me my $160 back. I would like to warn BBB about this establishment and hope they do not scam

    I called this morning to have my car unlocked and when I received a call back they were constantly changing their company name, price for the service, and policies. This company is complete fraud and was asking for cashapp payments.

    Called this company and told me an average of price of ***im of $200 for a new programmed remote key with lock/unlock and panic control for ***** Civic 2012 LX and when the technician came and make the key he told me that price changed by $497 for programming and everything , and I cant understand for what reason because my car its a ***** not Mercedez benz or genessis , why the company told me one lower price first and then this technician with this email ( ********************** changed me that price to high , I am doing this claim because I need a refund of $297 because company told me the *** average will be from $175 to $200 and also the call service was too rude with me .

    A technician came out to make a key for my **** Focus. I advised him I had the original key and I need a duplicate key made. The vehicle has an alarm so it needed to have push buttons. The key technician deactivated the original key in the process. So I still only have one working key. He has told me 4-5 separate times he would come back to fix the problem but he has no showed each time we had scheduled something. They continue to say he will call me and set something up but it never works out. No one has stepped up to resolve this issue for me. I asked for a manager to reach out to me to help. I was told that I didnt tell the tech I had a duplicate key ( which was not true) so it being deactivated was basically my fault.

    I reached out to this company for help with car key fob. The tech called he was: Rude, Disrespect, Unprofessional and Angry from go. I asked for a quote over the phone he refused. I explained to him how much money i had. I asked him not to go to my site if that was not sufficient. He insisted and came to my site. Upon arriving i told him how much money i had. He programed the fob and demanded " I go find some more money ". He became upset when i did not give him more money. The fob was operational while he was there. 10 min later the fob no longer works. I have been trying for 4 days to get someone out to correct the problem. They have been giving me the run around.

    This company dispatched an extremely unprofessional technician to my home. He showed up angry, did not quote me for the service until after he did the job, and charged me 440 dollars. I was then quoted the next day for 80 dollars by the same company for the exact same service.Not only that, but this man wrongfully took a photo of my ID with his personal camera app, kept my ID, lied about keeping it, and then exploited that information to find me on Instagram. I am extremely concerned for my safety.For all of this stress and fear, they only refunded me $100.

    The customer **** called in on 01/02/2024 saying that she felt as though she was charged too much money for service, we informed that the tech does give quotes on site an if she was not happy she could have called the company back or declined doing any business with us. Customer then says that she never felt comfortable with the tech being there and we informed her that it was to her discretion to allow the tech to complete the service or not we do not force any customer to take our *********************** but the customer did agree to *********************** and she went ahead and paid the tech after the service was completed. Everything our tech did on site was professional and did not violate the customer in any way. To make the customer happy with the ********************** after she called to complain we offered her 150 refund and she accepted this she even signed a release form stating that she agree with the amount and she will not seek any other issues with our company.  The images are both of the agreement and the refund that was processed out to the customer. To our surprise we are now being hit with another complaint after the customer agreed and signed a legal document.

    On 11/24/23 I called for assistance due to a lock out at my house. The "locksmith" called and said he would be there in 30 minutes. 2 hours later he shows up and asks for $350 ($320 + $30 trip charge) to open. Website lists charges as between $48-$243. This was no locksmith. He drilled out the dead bolt (extra charge per company) and used a pry bar to open. They are nothing but ripoffs who get you in a bind and then jam you. Find a local guy. It won't cost you more.
