  Words cannot begin to express the deep appreciation and gratitude our family has to Joe and his wonderful team at Air Medical Group. Our world crashed with a family member stuck abroad for two weeks and suddenly unable to travel. In a tense 48 hours Joe and his team were able to quickly assess the situation and the urgency needed, yet remained calm, steadfast and reassuring. They laid out a simple but complex bed to bed plan and executed it flawlessly. Within 24 hours our family member was back in the United States receiving medical care. Our entire family is forever grateful.

  Meet doubting ******************* 11/13/2023 *********************** and his posse of angels pulled off the impossible. My sister diagnosed with dementia needed to be relocated under court order from ** to ****. But a vacancy had to be had, facilities toured and investigated, Court notified, sister accepted, discharge put in motion, lastly transportation and escort. Enter Air Med. Owner Mr *********************** was nothing but calm, cool and collected. He listened, worked out short notice 3 routes and gave a quote with "We can do this". November is high travel anyway you look at it. But he said, " No problem." I kept waiting for ****** to walk in and my efforts would just be for naught.Two days (mind you my stomach is in knots) ***** (Air Med Escort aka paramedic/firefighter) walks (rather phones) into our lives. He's ******'s escort. He'd fly to NY the next day, proceed immediately to her care facility to meet her, discuss discharge and travel medications should she need. After a few hours sleep armed with her paperwork and documents the two head to JFK for their 6 a.m. flight. ***** texts updates along the way. ******************* was monitoring flights from the ground.Like clockwork this procedure went. Ten hours later ***** and ****** arrive in ****. I am overjoyed to have my baby sis where I can keep an eye on her, love her, and know she's safe. I can't thank both of them enough. I will be forever grateful.*****, 3 hours later he was headed home. Another job well done.If I could sing it would be to *********************** and his crew ************************* "Simply the best. Better than all the rest. Better than anyone. You're simply the best."So...merci, *****, *******, gracias, ******, thank you.

  My family decided to have my twin sister transported from ** to *******************, a task that was made more challenging due to her age, mid-80s, her frailty, and her impaired memory function. Air Medical said they could do it, and they did. They found a direct flight even with fairly short notice, and their selected escort did an excellent job from start to end. The motto was bedside to bedside and that was exactly how it worked. My twin sister woke up in MD and slept that same night in The ************ of *******************. I was impressed by the way the Air Medical Group staff always picked up the phone live when called, and the staff all seemed so knowledgeable about my sisters situation. Expensive? Maybe, but to my family, Air Medical Group was worth every dollar because they performed as promised. Its not expensive when your loved one safely and comfortably arrives at her destination. I have no hesitation to recommend Air Medical Group for the transportation of extremely dependent family members.

  We had hired their services to move my mother from ********* to *********.We had taken quotes from multiple vendors and they had quoted the lowest with the same services as the rest.I was a little sceptic if there was any catch but my doubts vanished as I started interacting with the team.Specially in such tense medical situation you expect people to me prompt.The whole team was prompt and they responded in just a ring.They delivered everything that they promised without having to follow up on them.The owner himself was available if we had any queries.***** was assigned to escort my mother and he did a pretty good job.He had escorted patients to ***** before so he seemed pretty confident.He came in a night before and met the patient and made his own assessment which really ease any anxiety.Air Medical took care of everything bed to bed with lot of care.My mom reached *** safe and sound and we were very happy with the promptness and professionalism shown by the team.Wishing them good luck!Will be glad to refer them to anyone looking for Medical escort.

  A family member became critically Ill while living in ******* and Air Medical did an INCREDIBLE job getting him back to the **. I called 4 other medical flight companies and none of them came close to offering the level of service and care that *************, **** and ********* delivered. We had to audible multiple times, a burden the Air Med team handled with ***** an urgency. The logistics that go into a flight like this are overwhelming, but Air Med had us covered from hospital to hospital. We could not have done this without them and we will be forever grateful.

  This company saved my mother's life. We were in ********, ******* in December of 2022 and she came down with *****, went to the hospital, was then placed on a vent a few days later. The *** physician told me my mother was going to die as all 74 year old patients on a vent with Covid in ******* die. I knew I had to get my mom out of there. We contacted them and *** helped ** with everything. 4 days later, my mom was back in the *** in ***** and has lived. She was taken off the vent and she has returned back to her previous life. I am forever grateful to Air Medical Group for saving her.

  Last week I and my family found ourselves in a moment of incredible stress and urgency where we needed to get a family member home from Germany to the US to receive care. The team at Air Medical Group was Quick, Immediately Responsive, Empathetic, and Expert from the minute we first contacted them. Their whole team - Joe, Leah, Marianne, and Christina (our nurse) - were all hands on deck the entire time and successfully delivered my brother to the US roughly 5 days after we first contacted them. When our preferred option didn't work out, the team immediately pivoted and found a backup option quickly that was successful. My brother is now back in the US and is getting the care that he needs thanks to them. If you are reading this review you are probably finding yourself in a situation where you are in need, you don't know what you don't know, you don't know who to trust, things move fast, and all options cost a lot of money. Please know that you can trust Air Med Group and their work, and that you can trust them with your spend. We cannot thank them and recommend them enough.

  We had a wonderful experience with Air Medical Group and our Medical Escort, Raji! 6 hour flight went very smooth and it was a huge relief to have her assistance along the way. Managing the entire process from one facility to a new facility, even late at night after hours. You won't go wrong trusting your loved one with Air Medical Group. They even talked me down into a cheaper option that was more reasonable for the situation we were going through. Looked out for our best interest and NOT their bottom line only. Well done team!

  Our plan to get our terminally ill friend back to ****** seemed to continuously balance on a razor's edge. Our timeline of four days looked all but impossible. Thanks to *************, ***, *****, and the rest of the team at Air Medical Group it all came together.
