              I hired Florida Best Rate Moving and Storage last March 2021 to move us into an apartment and place 70% of our belongings in storage until we found a home. Jimmy is a very reliable man and I have used him twice. I paid him cash through sept to store our things. There was a theft issue and he told the Manatee County Sherifs office he would credit my next move by $800.00. I spoke with Jimmy from Best Rate moving to schedule our move for august 4th, however, we ended up closing early on July 28th. I have called him numerous times and the mailbox is full and I am not able to leave a message. I have tried for 4days now and the same issue. I have texted him as well. Something is not right. He always has responded. I don't even know where my things are. He told me it was a refrigerated unit on University Pky near Tamiami, but there is no listing of his storage on University. I paid him a lot of money 1200.00 and now I cannot reach him to get my house furniture. Please advise.
