I sold my car at 2021 *********. I was told to contact the place where I bought my car to get a refund on the unused portIon of my warranty. I contacted ****************** by email and USmail. I have not heard a word. It would be respectful if they just did what they are required to do by giving me a refund.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership at their *********** store during the pandemic. We needed a family vehicle and was told we needed to give $60,000.00 in federal reserve notes in order to get the vehicle. Later on after an interview with Attorney General *****, I discovered there were violations within my contract. I immediately reached out to them and requested documentation from their store. The contracts were not the same. They misled and misinformed me. They lied and said the banks were requiring the $60K in order to extend credit. Pursuant to 15 USC **** they are in violation for misleading the consumer to believe that a specific down payment is required in connection with the extension of consumer credit. I have attempted to reach out to the dealership various times. Unfortunately , it has not been successful as they seem to have the largest overturn in management in history of car dealerships. Since this dispute has begun, they have ran through 20 new general managers. Every month , there is a new general manager in charge. I also sent out letters via certified mail to their comptroller, ******************* and have yet to hear back from her. I stepped into their dealership and gave them my credit in good faith along with $60,000.00 CASH in which they lied and said the bank was requiring it. As I am now dealing with the banks, I have come to find out thats also a lie. The dealership kept my money. And I am demanding a refund of the $60,000.00 that was given to them under the false pretenses the bank was requiring it. I have had the worst car buying experience with them. If money is not returned, We do intend to ****

We purchased a 2020 Dodge Journey on 3/10/23. It was filthy and the sales lady said it just arrived. We were given a test drive, the sales lady sat in front.Everything appeared ok so we went inside to complete the paperwork. The sales lady made an appt for the next day to get the car detailed at their dealer in *******.When it was being detailed it was noticed the back up camera was upside down. We addressed this issue and an appt was scheduled for 3/27 (soonest available) again at their ******* dealer. I also found out the previous owner had addressed the issue with *********** and was told it was a factory defect. The manager of ******,"Rich" called me 3/29 and said there was nothing he could do. I just received a call from my husband and he was given a warning the windows are tinted too dark. If the vehicle had been properly checked before selling it, these issues would have been addressed.

Got my car in there for ****** warranty service, the warranty covered everything, but when I went to get the car they said that I had to pay $3000 for the loaner! I refused so the owner Mr. ******************** called me and told me if I did not pay him cash I would not get my car back, then they tried to tell me if I bought a new car all these would go away, I refused, they called me and said if I did not pay the bill would go up to $7000 now they put a lien on my car for $14,000 and they are selling it at auction because they said I did not pay my bill. Bunch of thieves, literally stole my car from me. Ho, by the way, they also came into my backyard at night and literally stole the loaner car they gave me.

So changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 because I cannot give it a 0 long story short bought my daughter a 2015 ***** s60 with only ***** miles on it on 8/27. On 09/22 had to park the car because it has a cracked head gasket and the transmission is gone. The story is much much longer ( I mentioned to them that the coolant was low when we were at the dealership they said they would fill it. If they bothered to fill it did the "tech" that filled it not notice that what was in the reservoir looked like chocolate milk?) I sure did notice it when i had to put coolant in it on 09/22 . When I got to the dealership i even asked *** what is wrong with it he stated absolutely nothing. If they had really done any kind of inspection they would have known that there was something wrong with the car and they should have never sold the car. I am now out 6k for the down payment. Repairs will run over 10k great job *** and the gang taking advantage of a single mom with stage 4 cancer that only wanted to do something nice for her kid. I did call the dealership on 09/22. ******************* back close to 7pm that same day said he felt really bad and would try to figure something out to help us. Since i certainly cant affird 10k in repairs. Haven't heard from him since. The only resolution would be for the dealership to cut me a check for the full amount of the repairs so I can get tge car fixed as I certainly do not trust tgem to fix the car.

We bought a vehicle from this dealership and 3 months later we traded in was not happy with it. Not the dealership fault on that. We were sold 6 different warranties and have been since June trying to get the refunds owed to us. We have got reimbursed for 3 and still waiting on the last 3 owed. We have been emailing to find out why it is taking so long and all we are told is that waiting on the office to get back to them. This is now getting ridiculous trying to get our money back. They want their money but GOD forbid you are owed some they do not want to give it back to you. I have asked for numbers to call to resolve this issue and nothing. I feel like hey we got our money now we are done with you. If you buy a vehicle here beware! Not at all impressed!!!

Date of Transaction: 5/10/2022 Amount of Money Paid: $14,674.01 What Business Committed to Provide: Committed to fix all issues that came up within 3 days of buying vehicle. Stated that they went "above and beyond" to fix what was wrong when they sold it to me. Nature of Dispute: Ocala Subaru Dealership knowingly sold me a car with large oil leaks and faulty AC without my knowledge. Check engine light came on 3 days after buying the car. Taken to Leesburg Subaru Dealership who ran a diagnostic and told me that Ocala knowingly sold me the car in this condition because it was obvious and had been leaking for a long time. The oil tripped one of the sensors and that caused the check engine light to come on. Leesburg told me that they probably cleared the light just to sell the car. Tried to Resolve the Issue: After contacting them, they agreed to do whatever needed to be done to fix the car. They fixed the AC, but completely denied that there was any oil leaking at all. They replaced the sensor that was tripped. After taking it back to Leesburg they said that this is typical behavior of this dealership. They fixed what we could see without lifting the car up, but Leesburg found that they had not fixed the most expensive and deepest problem. Leesburg tried to help me reach out to Subaru but Subaru said they were not connected to Ocala Subaru since they are a private dealership. I should not have had to pay over $2,000 extra to fix my car when it was knowingly sold to me with these issues. Vehicle Identification Number: ***************** Deal Number: XXXXXXX Customer Number: XXXXXX Work Done After Incident (paid out of my pocket) Diagnostic: $292.11 Engine Reseal: $2,175.31 Total: $2,467.42
