I purchased a 2020 XT5 in Aug 2024. Arranging the purchase was longer than expected but wasn't horrible. The issues started after the last signature. I asked to have the car brought to the location I was staying. No was a perfectly ok answer and I wish they had been honest. Getting it to me was an all day event. I had to call multiple times asking when it would arrive. When it did, it clearly daily hired people, not the sales people, who simply dropped it at the doorstep. There were issues and no way to get them resolved because they were gone. There was no paperwork that I took ownership, they just left. The dealership was aware we were transporting the vehicle ***** miles away. Within 2 weeks of having it, the thermostat needed to be replaced. So much for a Cadillac certified 100 point inspection guarantee. There was also a request for out of state registration. It was completely messed up. No call, no letter. Just showed up a month after the temporary expired, again not as expected. They really need to get their act together if they intent to have anyone go back. And when you call for answers, no one responds.

I went to Sunset Sarasota Cadillac I bought this vehicle (2007 Pontiac G6) last Thursday, march 16, 2023. Within 48 hours the car alarm was going off it would not shut off the sheriff was called as I was asleep they had to take the battery out to shut it off. I opened up the second key fob and found a foil gum, wrapper stuffed inside, which I believe shorted it out. When the sheriff started my car, it began ticking like a Time bomb, directly in the area of the glove box. This is the air conditioning converter. It happened in my other Pontiac as well. I got a hold of the salesman I dealt with this morning march 20, 2023; and he pretty much blew me off told me that most people only got one key fob, and I should be happy with that. but Im still concerned about locking my doors and not being able to get back in my car now and he said hed get a hold of me concerning the air conditioning actuator, and the fact that my electrical and my car is dark, and nothing lights up on the inside. He has not returned my call. I got in my car and went to the grocery store and came back now service the airbag light is on . and its still ticking like a time bomb. I notified the salesman again. Hes still will not respond to me. I want all these repairs taken care of everything happened within 48 hours of buying this car I paid cash for this car too. They need to make these repairs all of them on their dime.

TOOK MY 2019 CADILLAC XT5 TO SUNSET CADILLAC IN SARASOTA, FL FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. AFTER SERVICE WAS COMPLETE, I DROVE AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND NOTICED A NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE CAR ONLY A COUPLE OF MILES FROM THE DEALER. UPON INSPECTION, I FOUND A SELF TAPPING SHEET METAL AUTOMOTIVE SCREW IN THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE THE DEALER INSTALLED A NEW TIRE. THE OLD TIRE COULD NOT BE SAFELY REPAIRED. MY CHARGE WAS $242.71 FOR THE NEW TIRE. MY CONTENTION IS THAT THE AUTOMOTIVE SHEET METAL SCREW CAME FROM THE DEALER LOT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN AROUND THE DEALER LOT TO GET THE CAR WASHED. I NOTICED THE PROBLEM ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING THE DEALER.
