    i ORDERED 2 BLEND ***** PORTABLE BLENDERS FROM A LOUNGED LIFE INSTAGRAM ADVERTISEMENT ON JULY 12, 2022, PURCHASE PRICE TOTALED $139.98. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR ORDER#**** AND NOTE SAYING "WE'RE GETTING YOUR ORDER READY TO BE SHIPPED. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN IT HAS BEEN SENT." I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FURTHER NOTIFICATION FROM THEM AND ON TRACKING ORDER#**** SHOWS PRODUCT HAS NOT YET SHIPPED. i HAVE SENT EMAILS TO THEM REQUESTING SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.

    I purchased 2 x Blend ***** from Lounged Life on December 4th 2021. It is now August 31st 2022 and I have not received my items. I have sent several emails, requesting a refund and only received a standard, "your item has shipped so we cannot refund you" reply. I have repeatedly checked the tracking number I was sent and it indicates that that the tracking number does not exist. I have also checked the Lounged Life website and it indicates that my item was ready to ship on January 18th 2022 but is currently not in transit. When I pointed this out to the customer care team, I did not receive a reply. I have attached a copy of my order confirmation and the tracking page for Lounged Life - which indacates the order is not yet in transit.I would like a refund immediately.

    I purchased a Blend Buddy blender from the LoungedLife website in January of 2022. It is now March 21st and the item has not even shipped yet. I have tried to email repeatedly and I get no response. The company doesn't have an address or number to contact, only their email. I would like a refund of the 69.95 that I spent.
