    BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning non delivery of products. Consumers report that they are not receiving items they have purchased from this company. They are unable to get refunds.

    The business address is not a commercial location for the business. The business website lists the address as its headquarters.

    The business website, aquasupercenter.com, was created 7/1/2005 and was recently updated on 2/5/2020. There is no identifiable ownership of the website.

    CEO of this business also claims to be CEO of WaterClubUSA.com (Water Club Pool Store) with 2 retail store locations in Sarasota. FL. The Water Club of America, Inc.

    In September 2020 and again in December 2022, BBB contacted the business requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints. BBB has not received a response to date.

     

    Effective December 2022, mail is being returned from this business as undeliverable.

    CEO Facebook page states this business is now offering Pool Cleaning services which required State Contractor license, no such license has been found.

      On 9/13/22, I ordered a del ozone 25 ozonator ec-10. I paid ******. I have never received the item in question.On 12/28/22, I received a letter from the owner stating that I needed to go through my bank and file a fraud charge so I would get my money back. That didn't work. I tried to contact him to get the details of his payment processor as he stated that person would not release the funds without hearing from the person involved, meaning me. He never responded. His story of woe was a long one but did not help me get my money back.

      I ordered a pool filter from this company and got an instant order confirmation. My credit card was billed for the full amount the next day. I heard nothing from them since and received nothing. I tried contacting them through the website's contact links and got no response. I phoned the number on the website but it is 'no longer in service'. I started researching the company online and found numerous disgruntled customers who, like me, have paid for items that never got delivered. This company also operates under the name Pool Supply Delivery and Top Pool Supply. They seem to specialize in taking your money and delivering nothing!I have started a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back.

      This "Company" is a 100% fraud. I started by blindly ordering a spa heater from their website aquasupercenter.com, and after not receiving it nor hearing from them, I looked up to try to call. The number was no longer in service. I looked at their address, and surprise! They are just a few miles from where I live. I'll just drive by and see if I can pick up the part in person. Nope! That address is a parking garage! And the nearby businesses have never heard of them. More research, and turns out this is the norm for these guys. Yelp is filled with negative reviews with them taking people's money and never shipping anything out. With more research, here's what I've discovered: They also operate under the name "********************" and have another website for that one too: poolsupplydelivery.com and also "Ultra Pool Cleaning". Probably others as well. The sites appear professional, but are just an attractive front to this scam. They are just collecting probably thousands of dollars a day and never shipping anything. The owner appears to be ********************* (you can look him up on LinkedIn) and ******************* is also mentioned. I could go on, but these guys seriously need to be in jail after refunding the hundreds, maybe thousands of people they have committed fraud against.

      Ordered product from Aqua SuperCenter and did not receive it as expected no shipping information provided.Called the phone listed as their contact number ************ and it appears the phone is not in service.

      An electric motor, model UCT1`152, was ordered from Aqua Supercenter on 11/4/22. Within minutes, I received an email confirmation, and my CC was charged by TopPoolSupply.com, which I assume is a sister company. Since placing the order, the status has shown as "Awaiting Fulfillment". Trying to contact Aqua Supercenter at their listed phone number *************) results in a recording stating that the number is "not in service". Similarly, the number that appears on the credit card transaction *************) also results in "not in service". It has been 10 days since the order was placed. Aqua Supercenter can't be contacted by phone, doesn't reply to emails, and doesn't respond to their own chat service. Absent any means of contacting them, I can only assume that they're a shyster website.

      Ordered a new pool filter from this company online. Received an order confirmation with a status of awaiting fulfillment but they did charge my credit card. 25 days later, I attempt to contact the business based on their website info. The phone number says it is disconnected and the email address bounces back as does not exist. i've requested that my credit card reverse the charges. This is a sham business site. See all the complaints and bad reviews. They charge people's cards and never deliver any products. All contact info on the site is fake.

      I ordered Yellow Treat on October 7,2022. I received an email saying the order status was changed to Awaiting Fulfillment. The money has been taken out of my bank account, their phone number is not a working number, and I still have not received my order.
