    BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning non delivery of products. Consumers report that they are not receiving items they have purchased from this company. They are unable to get refunds.

    The business address is not a commercial location for the business. The business website lists the address as its headquarters.

    The business website, aquasupercenter.com, was created 7/1/2005 and was recently updated on 2/5/2020. There is no identifiable ownership of the website.

    CEO of this business also claims to be CEO of WaterClubUSA.com (Water Club Pool Store) with 2 retail store locations in Sarasota. FL. The Water Club of America, Inc.

    In September 2020 and again in December 2022, BBB contacted the business requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints. BBB has not received a response to date.

     

    Effective December 2022, mail is being returned from this business as undeliverable.

    CEO Facebook page states this business is now offering Pool Cleaning services which required State Contractor license, no such license has been found.

      Ordered a circuit board for our hot tub. Never received it. The email and phone number provided are not working. Now we are out of ******, and have no circuit board. Not cool. WHY havent these criminals been caught and charged??? I want my money back!

      I ordered pool chlorine on 9/18/22 for $184.71 and its still awaiting fulfillment with no way of contacting them. Their phone numbers are all out of service at this time. It looks like ppl are getting scammed.

      I ordered chlorine from them on 9/2/22 for $184.71 I never received it and they don't respond to emails and both phone numbers are no longer in service

      I purchased several items from this company on 2 separate orders. My card has already been charged and money taken out of my account for the orders. My order has been "awaiting fulfillment" for a while and I contacted customer service twice using their online contact form. I never received a response back. I finally tried to call the number supplied on their website and the number is not in service. I have no way to get a hold of this company to find out if they are going to ship my items or not.

      Place order 9/6 for products never delivered. I got an email 9/10 from what appears to be a service provider apologizing for the delay, claims to be having staffing issues. In the email, sender stated that by Tuesday 9/13 I will get an update with regards to resolution - never got the update or any other response. Note that the email was from ********************* <************************************************>; and Cced Aqua Supercenter - Order Manager <*********************************. I have since responded back to this email 9/16 and did not get a response. Emailed support@aquacenter and again no response. I have verified that they were quick to accept my payment, but fail to provide update and/or even more concerning respond back to my inquiry. This has all the markings of a scam: Upon placing your order you get an email acknowledging your order, then after several days of delay you get an email (***** in this instance) to get you to believe the order is being worked on, then you get nothing, not even a response... Appears they keep you on the hook until your payment clears, then your shot down. This is a huge fail and they should not be permitted to continue.***Buyer be aware!
