    Hi and thank you and my caps are just for ease of typing. And I just wanted to add one thing the p makes it easy photo with the ladder is I had to climb a 10 foot ladder and secure it cuz they just walked away & left it bare. I don't have enough space to send you all the photos, videos/audios.All I want is to fix it it's; been 3 months. It took me 5 years to get the roof leaks& 3 years for the garage leak.This is a management company for a condo and they seem to intentionally refuse to fix this unit up and only destroy it and can get away with it with no consequences.. And thank you so much guys what you *******:7-09-2024; NO MONEY;.*** THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS NOW RESPONSIBLE PARTY IN FIXING THIS UNIT STUCCO, HOWEVER SHE SAYS THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY CAN NOT FIND ANYONE. I FOUND 3 CONTRACTORS IN 15 MINUTES. THE ***** BOARD TOLD 1 OF THE CONTRACTORS TO GET OFF THE PROPERTY, SO WE LOST THAT BID. WE ARE GOING INTO THE 3RD ********** IS HURRICAN SEASON. NAURE OF DIPUTE IS FIX THE HOLE IN THE EAST WALL NOW THAT VLG SMASHED IT IN PER CONDO'S PREZ TO DO ***** THE BUSINESS HAS NOT TRY TO RESLOVE IT. NO ISSUE WITH ADVERTISING

    Dear Better Business Bureau, 

    In response to Complaint ID:  ********, please see attached emails and correspondence from ***** *****, that she has sent to our office.  Before your review, I would like to greatly apologize for having sent you this disgusting, unprofessional information, but I feel it will give you a strong indication of what the Board of Directors and Management have to put up with in dealing with such an unprofessional attitude.  

    To enlighten you on some facts, the management company, and particularly our manager, *** ******, has been dealing with this woman for several years. I have only sent you a small sample of what she sends to us on a regular basis.  She has also addressed the Board of Directors with her same unprofessional tone and language.  I am embarrassed for my staff to have to deal with this behavior.  I have over a dozen such emails that I could have sent you, but I feel that you will be able to draw your own conclusion after your review. 

    In reference to her building, she blames management for not addressing and making repairs as necessary.  Management takes their marching orders from the Board of Directors.  We cannot hire a contractor, sign a contract for services, or spend association funds without the Boards' approval.  We are not in a position to tell the Board of Directors what to do or how to do it; we can only advise them based on the subject matter.  

    In conclusion, I hope I have been able to put this complaint to rest.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When a man calls me a c*** &  by 2 men, one a VP all bets are off,  MISOGYNIST. Here are 2 more that I use downtown & the shirt for when clean up this dead end. I IS BRAT. This has nothing to do with my concerns Is  this is all U got ******? my wonderful foul mouth that has been washed out with soap from the day I came out of my mother's womb. Flower is my 2nd F word. So what? file a complaint with BBB for my FOUL mouth if U have virgin ears. It  has nothing to do smashing in the East wall and not fixing it for 6.5 wks. & it's hurricane season. It's coming off now 5PM 8-28-2024. PCM/VLG were put on notice in 2021 the stucco was swollen/bubbling. And another notice 4 mths ago ******. BBB has photos. It was  worse but ****** chose not to fix it. Never Acknowledge me. But as soon as I called the city 7-8-2024 regarding the water meter was leaking for 2 weeks with standing water (West Nile is on the rise) *** came down per ****** instructions it seems and destroy the structural integrity of this unit. Sweet lying *** has to be a little bit nice but she is not possessional if you want name calling ****** like U are trying to do to me. Typical misogynism. She'll e could lose her job. She has to be nice but not professional. A property management should have some input to do the right thing regardless of how the management company runs business but she cant because she need s the job. we all do


    Dear **** TYVM. *. ***** at BBB. ********************************************* has all emails with videos, audios, & photos since 7-9-2024. I ** ***** already of all of the videos PCM you. What are the chances if *. ***** can forward those emails videos, photos, audio to site file # as my rebuttal? . 

    Photos attached are one that I'm having a sit in in downtown ****** of what this kind of association has done to me. I have all the videos audios and photos of everything on that list and K Druce has them.. If this happened to any of you what would your choice of words be?  The next one is a shirt that I wear in the community to protect myself.  BBB response today is  *** saw my shirt; he saw it  he contacted ****** to damage my truth by my foul mouth. They may not have a foul mouth but they have plenty of lies OK this has nothing to do with fixing the units structural integrity when are they gonna fix it answer them they said they got somebody but they said they paid him and they won't give me a copy of the clear check nor the name of the company and it's not gonna be a qualified company and all they're gonna do is put up plywood and put that grout or whatever over it. But as long as it doesn't leak in the house,
