New roof was installed last week. Rained yesterday and there's a leak in my bathroom. This is a room where we didn't have a leak during the hurricane. Called our rep **** yesterday when it was discovered and he said he would get someone out that day. No response. Called him this morning and asked for someone to repair the roof and send pics of the repair since we are out of town for the week. Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow. Called to verify repairs have been made and he said they are but he WILL NOT send pictures. Yelled at me and talked over me. Laughed at me when I said I would call and speak to management about this damage and lack of concern and poor customer service. I asked foe pictured of the plywood that was replaced during the roof installation 3 x and he finally sent those today. A free wind mitigation inspection was promised at the time of sale and he said nothing about that when roof was finished. I had to ask about it he wasn't offering that after installation. He had no problem calling me every day for a check but has little to do with us now. Terrible service once they are paid.Customer response

I heard back from the company when I posted a review on ********. I was told by **** that roof leaks on new roofs are very common are to be expected. I called and left a message for the manager to call but he didnt call me back until after the ******** review was posted. He called to say pictures would be provided but they never were. I saw on my ring camera that they came back out and repaired the roof a 2nd time after the complaints. There doesnt seem to be any more leaks at this time. They texted my husband and said for us to get an estimate to repair the bathroom ceiling. Well see how that goes.
Other damage done during installation that I failed to mention: 1 gutter was dislodged (husband fixed rather than deal with them) and the lanai screen door was broken. They denied this but we have it on our ring camera. Our rep said the part is $13 and we should fix it ourselves and hed take $13 off the bill. We declined and he did fix this as well. Wish I could add all this to my review on BBB. Others need to know how awful they were to deal with.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I received payment to fix the damaged ceiling on Feb 22.
