Date of transaction: May 14, 2021 CSG advertised that it would complete the transaction in 45 business days based on my choice to use "Standard" processing for grading cards, 27 sports cards for $30.00 per card. As of September 17, 2021, my order is still waiting for service, and 87 business days has elapsed since CSG physically received my sports cards and logged into their computer system on May 14, 2021. I called CSG at (+1) ************ on September 10, 2021; they said that my order will be expedited. A week later, there is no progress. Therefore, on September 17, 2021, I called CSG's again. I provided the USPS tracking number that showed the May 2021 delivery, and the CSG submission number. Today (Sept 17), I asked CSG to give me an approximate date for completion, but they couldn't provide a date. The CSG representative today said that he thinks my order was mishandled do to "human" error. I told CSG today that I would seek help through BBB.Business response

BBB Case # ******** On October 12, 2021, I provide the following response: I believe that I was overcharged for a submission to CSG in which 27 sports cards were delivered to CSG for grading on May 14, 2021. I requested "Standard" service for a grading fee of $30 per card with an estimated turnaround of 45 working days as advertised by CSG on May 14, 2021. At that time, CSG also advertised that "Economy" service was available for a fee of $20 per card with an estimated turnaround of 61 working days. I discussed the delays regarding my order with CSG's customer service personnel several times, but to no avail. CSG claimed to have shipped the cards to me on October 11, 2021. As of October 11, 2021, my order experienced a turnaround of 103 working days. On October 11, 2021, CSG advertised that "Standard" and "Economy" services had estimated turnarounds of 51 and 109 working days, respectively. I believe my order was processed at the "Economy" level. Therefore, I request that CSG revise its billing and charge me $20 per card instead of the $30 I paid for, and refund me a minimum of $270 (27 cards x $10/card). Without this adjustment, this case should be further reviewed for deceptive advertising. Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2021/11/09) */ We will refund the customer the difference, as requested.
