    On Feb. 25th, 2025, I emailed my TV Service provider to inform them I have not had tv service, going on 3 days. I informed them in the email, that I checked my internet and wifi (prior to contacting them) and those services are working as intended. I asked them to please advise how to remedy the situation. What ensued from that point with their response, was utterly unprofessional. Their response was insulting and unhinged. I was reprimanded, repeatedly called clueless and told I know nothing at all.

    Have not had 2 of my local channels for 3 weeks now abc(****) and fox( wluk) and have been contacting apollo group on a daily basis and am told the same thing, that they are working on the problem, I feel I should get some sort of refund or discount for not having these 2 channels for 3 weeks now and problem still isn't fixed....and I pay to have my local channels

    I was recommended this service by ********* always had issues with buffering, bad video quality, or certain features not working.I finally decided to reach out to their customer service to troubleshoot and resolve the aforementioned issues.Their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude by being passive aggressively sarcastic.When I continued to raise that their response was insufficient in resolving my service issue, they threatened to end my service if I didn't cease communication with them about the issue.I continued to raise that their response to the service issue wasn't sufficient, and they ended my service and demanded an apology for reinstatement.I had paid in advance for this service, so they terminated my service a few months before it was the term period that I purchased was suppose to end.Despite this, they did not provide a refund or any sort of compensation for unilaterally terminating my service.

    Have been seeking resolution to a service paid for that does not work. They have given me the runaround for almost a full year now.

    I made a renewal subscription for my brother from Apollo Group TV. They only accept Bitcoin. I made the payment through my Cash App. The transaction was finally accepted more than a week. The instructions that were sent does not work! Several times I requested from Apollo Group TV to contact my brother to help him get their service to work. No one has responded plus they will not provide a refund.

    On today, 12/16/2024, I contacted Apollo Group TV by phone only to get an outgoing message that says that number is no longer in service. I then went to a chat option but it said that no one was available to chat. So I wrote to ********************************************* to explain that the app itself comes up but there's no TV pictures or movies. I asked them to find the problem, fix it, and render me a crefit for one day of being out of service.I'd received one of the most indignant response from them, which they say to me that I'm not getting any credit and that if I keep sending them such emails that they would disconnect my service altogether without a refund and my prescription does not expired until 4/30/2025.

    I bought a yearly subscription to their service. Due to a customer inquiry regarding poor service quality, they cut access to my paid service. This, I no longer have service which I'm currently paid yearly for.

    I was working to renew my Apollo Firestick subscription and the representative in their chat was working on assisting me with depositing money into the Bitcon account to pay for the renewal. It was done before so I didn't think there was an issue. This time I had to wait for my Cash App to verify me and they renewed my subscription for one day. Once I received verification from Cash App that I was verified. I went back into the chat and told the representative and they provided me we a link web link to copy and paste for payment in Cash App. Then I was told their server was down and they would provide an email for the subscription and to provide them with the link. It never worked. Then when I contacted them back in the chat. They stated they never received the money.

    I had an TV service through Apollo Group TV and received an email stating it was time for renewal. There were steps to pay using Cash App which was how I paid the previous year with no problem. My daughter followed the steps and paid the subscription. After a day or so we continued to receive a message on our TV stating our subscription would expire in 2 days so we decided to contact Apollo directly to ask about the message we were receiving. They simply stated, "We didn't get the payment and sorry you were scammed". They did not try to offer any solution or even check into the situation which seemed odd. This situation is odd on several levels, first who would know I had this subscription with this company, and to know my email address associated with this account (I have 4 emails) and to know what date of my renewal, seemed to me that this came from the inside, not just some random person finding this information and reaching out to me. This just seems to be a Apollo group TV scam and I want my money back! I have 3 college students and I think this is awful for a company to obtain a business license and be allowed to scam people and not have to face any consequences.
