    I did not sign up for stay savers. My boyfriend at the time did. I only sign papers to get on at the time the free hot air balloon ride around *****. They have fraudulent said I was the sole owner. When indeed it was his log in information not mines. They also is reporting on my credit report. I told him they was a scam. I never paid them once any thing for the program.

    Stay Savers sold us a membership that didnt exist Promised Free Vacations, major discounts on traveling. Nothing they promised ever happened! Tried several times to contact them. Went back to the casino and they didnt even know where they went. Just up and gone the next day. Paid them a deposit up front and made monthly payments for couple months then canceled the withdrawal from my bank *********** they have sent me to collections.

    Staysaver vacations - ************** vacation was brought into an offer. Had this membership for 3 years , have spent countless hours on the phone to claim the free offer and nothing could get resolved,This company has no one you can speak with immediately anymore. Its so obvious that this company owes consumers thousands go dollars. BBB or whomever needs to investigate and protect consumers , Shut them down and have them settle up with consumers.They have the nerve to tell people about contract agreement, unfortunately we paid straight full amount and cancel in 3 days? No one truly knows the full picture until you actually try to get your free trips. We went as far as paying another $500 to get more travel to use and can't even talk to anyone to get a vacation scheduled We run a business and use good business ethics , never expected a company to scam us. what is the money used for that we paid? surely not travel agents !!! No one answers

    August 2018 during my husbands birthday stay at ***** in *****, we purchased a vacation/travel package worth $5,000 and like many others have not benefited from any of what they initially stated we would. However, the monthly payments have continued to be taken from our checking account till this day, July 2023, and we have paid more than was initially due, like $2,500 more. We tried calling to no avail, the number is now under a totally different company and there is no contact when we call the number online. We therefore called our bank and the only way to stop the payments is to change our debit card or account. We urge everyone one to follow suit, please.

    We have been charged for a service we can't use or there is no use of. They are a travel company that claims to give discounted prices for travel but that is false information and now we can't not get out of this membership.

    I purchased a membership to receive discount travel plus more. I have gotten locked out of my account and at every attempt no one contacted has resolved or responded to correct the issue. This has been going on since 10/2022

    Stay saver has not sent us a bill. They have sent us to collections to a company by the name of ***************************. And they have not even supplied a phone number to call the collection office meridian financial. There isnt a phone number you can get in contact with staysaver. I have tried every number I can find online and the number they provided. These people are nothing but crooks. They promised me the world. I got absolutely nothing out of them. I finally got ahold of *************************** and they said staysaver had offered me a $5000.00 buyout. Keeps in mind I have gotten nothing. I have paid them originally $440.00. There is roomers on ******** they have fired or laid off several employees. Do not deal with these people. Save your self the headache. Save some cash and go wherever you want on vacation it is better.

    Hi me and my spouse received are paying for stay saver for over 2 years we were promised on free trips that we never used and was told they werent free when we wanted to book. I keep calling staysaver and they keep giving me the runaround and not taking my calls. Idk what else to do I want to cancel my membership but I cant get a hold of anyone. Dont use this company they are a fraud. I pay monthly and we dont use this company. Someone please help!!

If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness.
