    10/12/2024 I visited the office and provide my insurance along with supplement insurance for the co-pay. In 01/2025 I called to advise I provided the supplement insurance. Today 2/5/25 I had a medical situation and was denied my supplement insurance for the co pay. I was advised there is an outstanding bill and supplement insurance has not paid. (very odd) I asked for the bill to call the supplement insurance. I called the supplement insurance they advised they were being billed the entire amount vs the copay and need the explanation of benefit with itemized billing to reflect what insurance paid and co pay due. When I looked at the bill I was given it also says $583.00. What is going on with proper billing and why am I paying the co-pay vs filing the claim. When seniors on Social Security have a supplement insurance, they are not being advised to pay then file a claim. A

    I was literally scammed out of money. Especially horrible thing to do when you don't have health insurance.I told them my symptoms; head pressure, chest pressure, changes in vision, high blood pressure which they confirmed, but instead of telling me to go somewhere else, they took me in and lied in the intake application and said my visit was because of Acute Bronchitis, which has absolutely nothing to do with my symptoms. How can they do have the stomach to do something like that?On your website you guys claim to do lab work, xrays, ekg and so many other things. So I went there to get those done and then to determine if I have to go to a different facility, but was told they don't do any labs, no ekg or xrays only once a week? Absurd. I couldn't get the urgent care I required and you guys claim to offer, and because of this I am requesting a full refund for the "services" they provided yesterday.Thank you ******
