      I have not received payment for my deeded week at *************** as stated below:Dear Nordvind Owner,The Nordvind property is sold and the closing is completed.The Termination Trustee received $5,500,000 net proceeds after all closing costs and title work.The Trustee is responsible to make payment on all outstanding charges the association owes, completing all the accounting, and calculating the final checks to be mailed to each remaining owner.We expect these expenses and costs to be minimal and completed within 30 days.Although the accounting is not completed, my best guess is that owners will receive almost $5,000.00 for every week they own.EXAMPLE- $5,500,000 divided by 1092 = $5,036.63 before any outstanding expenses are paid.***** ******* Nordvind Management ******************************************* Office: ************ / To all remaining Nordvind Timeshare owners, The special meeting to vote on the termination of the timeshare plan was held on June 26, 2023.All owners were asked to vote on terminating the timeshare plan.Individual owners currently hold 102 weeks, ******************** II holds 990 representing the total of 1092.Of those 102 individual owner votes, 26 proxy votes were received. The proxy votes from individual owners were cast with 12 votes to terminate and 14 votes to continue the timeshare plan. ******************** II cast their proxy of 990 votes to terminate the plan.The timeshare plan is terminated with 1002 votes for termination, **************************************************************** the public records.Management will proceed with working with a potential buyer of the property.Individual owners who have paid their 2023 maintenance fees will be allowed to occupy their week in 2023 as scheduled until further notice.Timeshare Reservations will not be accepted for 2024. ***** ******* Managing Member Cunningham Family of Companies ******************************************* Office: ************

      Mr. ******* is no longer a managing member of Cunningham Property Management Corp as of August 2022.  Additionally, the services Mr. ******* provided to Nordvind were independent and separate from Cunningham Property Management Corp.  There were no agreements between Cunningham Property Management Corp and Nordvind.  

      We have forwarded this complaint on to Mr. ******* for him to address.

      Cunningham Property Management has ghosted me and my request to terminate my timeshare. I reached out to them and received a response from *************************************. He was to get back in touch with me, which he did not, I had to reach back out. I was then told ****** was to handle my request to terminate my timeshare membership. I haven't heard from ******. The lack of follow-up and communication is mind-boggling and appalling.
