    I would give a zero if that was an option. **** does not honour their warranty.I bought a Hoka ******* 8 and the sole started separating on the 6th month. It eventually turned into a hole in the sole. This is after walking (not running) 3-4 times a week for about 5km.They denied the warranty claim and indicated normal wear and tear. This has never happened to any shoes I have owned.They shoes are not durable and in my opinion defective.

    I would give zero stars for customer service if I could. Issues:1. I ordered shoes that were "in stock" and signed up to get free shipping, to save $8.00 2. Next day, got email from **** saying shoe not available 3. I clicked email link to shop for same shoe in different color 4. Order went thru, but they tacked on $8.00 for shipping 5. I've been dealing with bots for 3 days 6. can't get through to a human 7. I've had to provide same information in different configurations, again and again 8. Bottom line, they won't refund the $8.00 shipping fee Date of experience: July 01, 2024

    I started the exchange process for shoes that were too big (and not as comfortable as everyone raves about). It has been 3 weeks and they still havent shipped my replacement. The website *****. The order tracker is constantly under maintenance with instructions to check back in two hours. Chat feature doesnt work. You can only contact customer service by text. Never again.

    I purchased a pair of Arahi 6s through Hoka online that just didnt fit well and I did Not anticipate theyd give much support for my flat feet. I returned them, dropped them off on Dec. 14th at ***** It is now 43 days since *** dropped them off and day 9 since they claim to have been received at their warehouses and I STILL have not gotten a refund. My tracking resources provided were also never updated and it just looks like my package is just sitting in limbo since it left the **** facility on Dec. 18th. Youd better hope you dont have to return anything you purchase through this place because youll never get your money back. i have been more than patient throughout this experience until I realized today that they will milk the 10 day time frame after claiming it to receive the package before actually attempting to help you so I guess I have another day until I am Allowed to ask for my money back. I recommend also using the text service to communicate things so that you have a paper trail because they will pretend like you never spoke to anyone in the phone when you tell them false information you were given. I was Originally told that my package was received on Jan. 3rd when I checked In on the 5th. And now all of a sudden it turned into the 10th. If I dont get my refund tomorrow I will legal action. Purchase through 3rd party retailers if you can. I only purchased through their site because its hard to find wide widths at other retailers.

    I love these shoes and have three pairs, but my most recent order is taking THREE WEEKS to arrive! Definitely do not order shoes from their website unless you can wait nearly a month for delivery. I walk 300+ miles a month and I’m switching brands. :(

    Bought Hoka shoes and when I opened the package there was an empty chocolate chip bag opened and crumbs all in the package. The chocolate stained the white material on the shoes. I was also supposed to get a free gift. The customer service lady (Tamara) would not give me store credit and told me that no one stole the gift. I was also told that they "ran out of free gifts". For the trouble it is taking to return the item, I might as well have purchased the shoes from a more reliable store such as REI than the actual Hoka shoe company.

    They are scammers. They say that they are Hoka, but they are thieves. I thought it was the Hoka shoe brand. They even had Hoka’s logo. They do not respond to emails. I had to contact my bank. The charge was not from Hoka, but from Charmksu.

    These guys are scam. Hah to the $&#&$who tried to take money out of my acct a 2nd time and failed. U suck at scaming. Ordered from (hokasshoe.com)(hokasshoes.com) they sent apple ear buds instead of my shoes. Shoes 65$$ I'm sure the earbuds are more.

    I had a very tough time with the Hoka customer service reps for not telling me the truth. They failed (two supervisors night and morning) to cancel the shipping of my order twice. They said they could not cancel because the processing was blocked even tho my order has not been proceeding yet. FedEx emailed me that the label was created before it was picked up two days later. Right now, once my order was returned there, I called and requested a refund, then I demand a confirmation email on Feb 10th. They did. They said it would take 3-5 business to get a refund. I called today asking for my refund. They did not but sent me a confirmation email today informing me of the good news that they received my return today which was a week ago. They said it would take 3-5 business days to get refund, others said 5-7 business days and up to 10 business days. All I can say is they were liars. I lost my trust in the Hoka company.
