Me and my grandchildren went through the drive thru window at Dunkin; Store ****** and placed an order. No one was ahead of us. We placed the order for 2 medium StrawDrgnFrt drinks with cold foam, 1 sweet black pepper bacon egg & white cheddar croissant, 1 2pc bagel minis with cream cheese, 1 *************** toast with fried egg. My total bill was $18.67. CHK ****. 4/9/2022. Server ******. When we got to the window we had to sit and wait for an extended period of time. Finally the young lady came to the window and said they cant make our order because the manager just quit and walked out and that no one there knew how to make the food/drinks. I was flabbergasted, like how doesnt anyone know how to make the order. So I said well I want my money refunded and the girl said she cant refund the money without the manager there. It turned into an argument and some older lady working there said there is nothing they can do, so I said well why did you take my money if you knew you couldnt make the food I just placed the order! She said all they can offer is that I come back another day and Try to get my refund. Which I did and I was never able to get the refund, there was always management issues and then the place out of the blue shut down for remodeling. Im still trying to get my money reimbursed after that with no success. The very day that happened I placed a post on ******** about how terrible the service was at that particular Dunkin. There were many, many, many people responding to my post saying how the same has happened to them, that its a terrible experience/service/wait time. I WANT MY MONEY $18.67 REFUNDED!! I paid for food and drinks we did not receive due to employees lack of knowledge and manager walked out and quit. I dont understand why they take orders if they dont know how to make the food and cant give a refund. Plus there were many cars behind me that also placed orders.
