On 10-22-20 I wanted to get a new floor; I think his name was ***@ Gary's Wholesale Flooring in ******* **, my total was $4350.00 that was for everything 2"base board Flooring in LVR/KIT/Entry/Hall/2 BA I started having problems Jan 2021 but couldn't get anyone to come out they were all on vacation that's what ******************************* told me and he said he would get back with me. I didn't hear from him in 2 months this was now April 2021, so I called him at store 10am he wasn't in so i left message with ***************** to have ***** call me He did not call 2 wks.', later I got a call from ***** he said he would send a guy out to fix the floor, now I note every call on my calendar and I have photos of everything, He sent 2 men out and they super glued the planks on floor together. now i have super glue shine that won't come up, Nails coming up at threshold of doorways in bathroom and hallway, Gaps in flooring they entry door never had a plate put back, base boards coming off the wall part of the floor popping up, I called *************************** he came out said it would all have to be leveled and put down correctly, he called said he was out of town and it would be 3 days he would call me, It is now 2 weeks . I am finished with this company i had a floor guy look at my floor he said it was all done wrong. I want my money back and i will have a company put it down correctly no more dealing with excuses and waiting for phone calls, Empty promises. looking at my calendar past 1.1/2 i have made 15 phone calls and received 4 and had 2 visits to my home. People ask me why I waited so long to do anything? Guess I have a big heart", but I'm done playing games. This is embarrassing "REFUND"
