    I own a condominium in ******* *******, **********************************Just Rentals" is paid to handle any and all issues that involve maintaining this property, I have been in contact with them "*****************************" numerous times via phone calls and emails, trying to get a major problem resolved, I have water entering my condo from outside causing damage to the interior, They "*****************************" have been aware of this issue for months and has made many excuses as to why this hasn't been taken care of. I need this issue resolved now please

    Good afternoon,

    ************** bought unit **** ********* ** severely damaged state.  He was aware of the issue and we were working diligently to receive quotes to have a French drain system installed.  First quote received was from *********************** and then we obtained a second quote from TWQ.  It was then sent to the board for approval.  Dates were scheduled for the board meeting and then cancelled by board members until after the holidays.  I was in communication with ************** and his wife letting him know information as I had it.  As the management company we are unable to approve any work to be completed with an expenditure that large so board approval is needed. Just Rentals made every attempt to have to work completed.  Unfortunately, we had a huge rain storm that began to flood his unit yet again and this in turn prompted ************* to file this complaint.  The *********************** quote was approved right before the storm via email by the board and ****** was immediately contacted to have it on their schedule as soon as possible. I have included email correspondence with **************  If any other information is needed, please do not hesitate to contact me via email at ************************** or via phone, ************.
