    Dear *****************

We are very sorry to hear that your pets have fleas and we are unable to fill the prescription flea medication which you have requested from our office, however our doctors are legally bound by state law and we can not fill any prescription medication without seeing the pet within the last year. Since you have been a longstanding client of ours, we are happy to apply a medication in our office for fleas at no charge to you and when you are ready to bring your pet in for an exam or vaccine package with one of our doctors then we will be able to fill prescriptions again for the next year. We only wish the best for you and your pets.

    Best regards,

    *******************************, DVM

I took my dog Lemon to this facility for boarding from 6/21 to 6/26. Upon picking her up, i noticed scratches on her face and paws and she had difficulty walking. Her temperament was completely opposite of the usual. I noticed this immediately and addressed the front desk of this clinic with my concerns. I requested to see the area in which my dog had been staying. I waited in the lobby for 3 hours until I was completely denied this request by the front desk. I wholeheartedly believe this clinic is neglecting its' animals because why else would they stop a customer from viewing where their dog had been saying? I believe this is due to unfit housing conditions within this clinic. Since then, I have been calling the clinics and urging friends/family to call the clinic in effort to get information about what happened to my dog. No communication has been made to me regarding this. This is unethical and unprofessional business practice. I urge you to investigate this clinic. PLEASE for the sake of the animals.

This response was taken verbally by BBB:
Lemon came into our facility with a flea infestation. In addition, Mr. ****** left Lemon in boarding for additional days with no notice to our office. When Mr. ****** picked up *****, office staff did offer for him to see the doctor, but he refused. Mr. ****** did not pay for the additional days of boarding. In reviewing the photos, these are not lesions from injury that could occur boarding, the photos are consistent with a pet that has untreated allergies. ***** was treated at our facility one time in the past, prior to boarding, in April, for skin issues and a flea infestation and Mr. ****** refused most of the recommended treatments.
