  Under new mgt. Terrible and incompetent. Brought a blower I bought there some years back. Brought it back FIVE TIMES and its worse off than when I initially dropped it off. Such a shame, the old mgt. was very good. I wouldnt bring a pair of scissors to this business now. They have lost my business of over 25 years. Im using ChooChoo from now on in **********. Stay away from Brandon Rental in ********************* where ever else they are located. This is fair warning just DONT

  I rented a lift from the Riverview store something was wrong with the lift . not sure why they got rid of all the experience people from the Riverview store but I truly think they screwed up when they did that they're losing customers hand over fist. The after hours service is a joke, the number on the lift went to vm and of course it was full. Never will use these guys again

  Reserved a terramite a week in advance. Paid $ 170.00 to secure reservation. Went to pick up machine I paid for and was told they didn't have one. Let's see if they return my money. If not I'll call an attorney. I hate liars, especially a business full of liars. Do not waste your time or money.

  We have rented from them several times and this last one was the worst. They had a REPO guy walking around our property at 9:30am, when the equipment was due at 10am and arrived before 10am at their shop. Once he rang the doorbell and told me what he was here for, he proceeded to call me a liar about returning it and about not answering their calls (only to find out they were calling the wrong number) They attempted to bill us extra bc we used 11 hours out of 12 we paid for....stating they thought we paid for 8 (without looking).

  Chairs came kinda dirty and we also had to switch chairs because they didn't have enough the day before the event but that's not even the problem we were NOT told we needed to break down ANY chairs or tables either time we were up there or when on the phone (we did the chairs anyway just not the tables) And we're still charged for not breaking everything down which would've been also fine because I looked back on our paper work and it said to do so or a $48 fee would apply but THEY CHARGED ME $274.94 ! I wasn't even told on the phone when they called to tell me about the fee what the **** fee was I assumed it was the $48 I looked back and seen on the paper work. I definitely wouldn't recommend, the chairs and tables were perfectly adequate but the employees and owner definitely don't have there **** together, I'll definitely just drive the extra bit next time I use a rental service and just use the one in Tampa next time ! It's the day after my wedding and I shouldn't have to deal with this **.
