LMP is contracted to cut our grass and maintain our landscaping. On one of the days that they rode their zero turn mower over our concrete curbing, cracking the curbing in half causing over $500 in damages. Attached are photos of the damage with an invoice from the curbing company indicating what caused the damage. We are looking for reimbursement for damages in the amount of $537.40

This complaint is baseless.  Tire marks rubbing against the curbing along the driveway clearly indicates a vehicle driving up the far right side of the driveway.  Our team met with this homeowner who has no evidence supporting that our company caused the damage. Homeowner even stated that he didn't have evidence that our team caused it and didn't disagree that it could've been caused by a vehicle tire. There is nothing we can do for this homeowner unless he has video evidence proving that we did in fact cause this alleged damages.

I am rejecting this response because:  There is clear evidence from the pictures that this was done by the landscape company. Even the *************** stated it was done by lawn equipment.  I have attached 4 more photos that clearly indicate that the mower rode up and over the curbing causing the damage.

    Sincerely,
