              I contacted **** septic service on two separate incidents,on Feb 20th and Aug 25. I was charged $350 each visit. I started having the same back up problem within weeks of the first visit. I assumed since I had already had the septic tank pumped, it had to be a plumbing issue. I paid to have a plumber come to my home and the plumber said it was a septic issue. I paid the plumber $150. The septic tank was still not cleared and was advised I should call Teds Septic back . I did. The same guy returned as the first visit, and I was billed another $350. Within weeks, the same issue started again . This time I called Advanced Septic and they fixed the problem. I was charged the same amount as Teds. I decided to watch what Advanced Septic did and ask questions. What I discovered was **** septic did not dig to find the septic tank on the outside of my home. Teds guy just snaked the drain on the outside, which just cleared the pipes on the inside of the home. Teds septic guy did this scamming action both times that he came out . Not clearing the septic as he was contacted to do. Each time it took Teds guy a total of 15 mnts. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a Senior Citizen, African American, and a widow. I am living on a fixed income. I don't have extra income and can't afford to give away $700 dollars . I would like my $700 back, since the job was not done correctly neither visit.
