My Wife and I purchased a bmx bike from *********** for our 15 year old to give to him on Christmas. Upon recieving and inspecting the bike we realized it was the wrong size. We contacted *** explaining the issue and spoke with a man named **** who identified himself as the owner. He asked that we send the bike to a address in **********(same state we live in) so the bike could be received by this new seller before Christmas. He stated his company J&R would not loose money on shipping and would refund us the amount we paid minus a 25 dollar shipping fee. This would be for the amount of ****** as soon as it was received by **** It important to note. The bike was never used or assembled and most importantly un damaged. After 5 days and several emails with no responses I received an email from J&R stating the bike was not in its original packaging and was severely damaged and that they would now only refund us the amount minus a 20% restocking fee and the difference in shipping.First issue the bike was never assembled, used or damaged while with us. Second issue the bike was sent back in its original packaging.Third issue none of this was what was agreed upon. We would of just kept the bike.At the company's request we sent the sent the bike to the new address through *** using the shipping receipt they provided to my wife and I in email.I believe this to be dishonest and I am requesting the refund agreed upon. The company will not return any emails or phone calls.
