On 03/15/2024, I got an ankle MRI done at Advanced Medical Imaging (Open MRI Pinellas). It cost $270. I paid fully out-of-pocket. It is now 04/12/2024, nearly a month later and there have been no updates. Now, whenever I call for my results (during business hours) there is an automated message that says that the business is "temporarily closed". They claim to check their voicemail daily, but it is full and I cannot leave a message. My ankle is injured and walking causes me immense pain. I just wanted to know what was wrong and was promised my results would be delivered in 8-10 business days, then they said it would be no more than 15 days. Last week I called and ******** told me the results would be available on 04/10/2024, now I don't know if I'll ever get them as they are unreachable. I cannot afford to get another scan done anywhere else.
