      When I first started renting with this place I contacted them about the roaches and everything that’s wrong with the house including electrical problems. I’ve been here 7 months and have continuously tried reaching out for her to take care of the roaches and electrical problems and she’s never had anybody come take care of it

      I have attached the lease signed by Mr ****** where it clearly states that the tenant is responsible for pest control. (See page 3) As far as the electrician goes, Mr ****** informed me of the issues on April 15th 2023 and I had the electrician and flooring people out on April 17th 2023 to address his maintenance issues. I have a touch screenshots of the text messages with Mr ******* from the day that the electrician went out to the property. I have not had any more maintenance requests from him since then. Also Mr ******* inform me of a window that broke during a storm on June 28th 2023 and I had it replaced on July 11th 2023

      We have addressed all of Mr *******'s maintenance request in a timely manner.
