      The company at one occasion told me they will send a tech out for a free estimate for re plumbing. The tech came out I was charged $49 for a dispatch fee which I was never told I had to pay. I disputed the charge with them and got nowhere this was a couple of months ago. The branch manager was very rude and refused to issue me a refund. They called me afterwards told me I had paid for a service contract that included free water heater flush. I made one appointment the tech never showed and never called. A few months later they contacted me again for the water heater flush. The tech came out yesterday. He insisted on replacing my water heated it would cost me 5k for a new one. My water heater has always worked great never an issue it was not broken or defective so why replace it. The tech went about flushing the water heater in the process he broke the valve causing a leak. My brother was home told him to fix it the tech said it would take 3 hrs my brother had an appointment couldnt stay so the tech left. He did not make the attempt to schedule another day to fix the valve he broke. I contacted the co demanded for the tech to go back they refused. I asked for another appointment and did not get that answer either. I asked to speak to a manager did not get an answer back. Called back asked for a higher manager I was told it would take 48 hrs for someone to call me back. I have a gas water heater which is more dangerous for a gas water heater to leak than an elec one. I want the company to refund me the first $49 and to send the tech back out free of charge to fix what he broke.

      I've asked on numerous occasions to have someone - anyone - contact me to complete the installation of the system in my home, for which I signed a contract in May, 2024. While the main system was installed, I am STILL waiting for someone to contact me to schedule the duct cleaning, the installation of the filter, and the installation of the ** light. After several months of emails and unanswered phone calls, I managed to make contact with someone who identified himself as a regional manager (I believe) named ****** in late August, 2024. ****** told me that he had to do some coordination to get the duct cleaning done, but that everything else was "in the shop" and that he would contact me the following day to set up an appointment to come out in early September, 2024 to complete the job. ****** even gave me his personal cell number and told me to contact him directly if I had any questions or issues. I never heard from ******, so on September 5, 2024, I called him to request an update. The call went to voicemail so I left a message asking him to contact me. I never received a callback, so I reached out again on September 10, 2024. The call again went to voicemail so I left another message asking him to contact me. I have yet to receive a callback. I've still received no correspondence - no email, no call, no carrier pigeon - nothing. I've been asking and waiting since May of 2024 to have this completed and there has been absolutely no action on this company's part to get it done. I've lost confidence in this company's ability to get this job completed, much less the ability to respond to a service call if there were a problem with the unit. I've completed every actionable item this company has requested of me in a timely manner. I'm simply asking for the same courtesy.

      Around 2023, I purchased a new A/C/ system from this company which also includes the installation. They installed the system and left the ceiling with a hole. It was only when I called them to ask them to repair the ceiling that someone actually came out to do so. Within a a couple of months, the system stopped working. Several times throughout the year, I had to call the company to have them repair the problem, only for it to happen again and again. I can't take time off to wait for a repair person. Most recently, the company was called to come out and fix the issue. The next day, water started gushing from the ceiling and part of the ceiling collapsed along with all of the debris. Not only did the A/C stop working again but there was a huge hole in the ceiling and water damage. I had to take the day to clean up the mess in the living room and try to get water off the wood floors before it caused further damage to the floors as well. They got someone out a few days later to patch up the ceiling and someone came out to fix the A/C and assured us that the problem was fixed. It has only been a few weeks and our thermostat and A/C stop working completely. Every time this happens, I am inconvenienced and have to wait for someone to come out and do the repairs. I do not believe that the person who installed the unit did it correctly and the repair people are not really fixing the issue, but placing a band aid on it. The incident could have seriously injured myself or others in the home because of their negligence and unwillingness to correct the underlying issue. There should not be so many issues with a system that is only a year old. I want someone to come out and replace and reinstall a new system. I also want them to send out a qualified person to do the work correctly. I would also like someone from the city who is independent of this company to check their work to ensure that it has been done properly.

      In June of 2024, AC One Heating and Air Conditioning came to our home to perform semi-annual maintenance on our 2005 heat pump system. The tech informed us that the old system needed $4,000 in repair but could update our system to the new standards. We not only went with the new system idea, but also wanted the ********** of their comparable systems. We paid $20,000 for the new ********** system that was supposed to be comparable to the old system. When we started using the new system, it was not performing as well as the old system. We have had 4 different local techs from AC One Hour come out and check the system. The last tech called the manufacturer of the system and stated that the new system could not function as well to the old system due to different refrigerant and we would need a "split" system to satisfy our cooling needs. AC One Hour was more than happy to quote a "split" system for us. I have been in contact with several personnel at AC One Hour and keep getting the same corporate response "the installed system is functioning to manufacturers specs". That is not what we paid for. We paid for a new updated system that was comparable to the 20 year old system.

      On July 20 2024 I call one hour air stating my air was not cooling. Tech came out and the lowest he could charge would be for 8 lbs of refrigerant. 8 lbs of r410 refrigerant from one hour air was $892. The evaporator coil was $1277. Total fix would be the combined. $2169. I could afford had to go with lowest amount said should last a month, however tech would not tell me how much refrigerant he put in. 2 days later air is not working called one hour air. Sent another tech 7-23-23 said needed evaporator coil. And $400. So far I spent $892 and $400, total = $1292. 7-25-24 two different techs installed evaporator coil. On 7-28-24 my air is still not cooling, called company. One hour Said all techs busy I'm on a standby appt. $1292.00 later and it's 80 degrees in my house. This company needs to fix my air or return half of money. STILL waiting for air to be fixed 7-29-24 . I have gotten no info from one hour air yet on when they will fix air. But they received $1292 already and it's still not working. I'm thinking possible scam

      On 7 -29 one hour air and found frozen evaporator coils, all that was done was coils defrosted and connections lighted. Tech said original part when put in was not connected properly. Refrigerant leaking inside house fir several days. Now 8-5 AC not cooling again. Called one hour air said tech to come 6pm to 10pm. That way air outside is cooler. Still NO FIX OF AC. All that was done on evaporator coils was just defrosted and tightend. I think evaporator coils should have been replaced since they were thoroughly frozen.

      Tech was here 8-5-24. Second time NEW Evaporator Coil has frozen over. Company is still not fixing issue. Tech here on 8-5-24 says now the connector to the NEW Evaporator Coil is leaking. Tech said will order piston part, doesn't know when that will come in. WHY DON'T THEY REPLACE THE NEW EVAPORATOR COIL THAT IS NOT WORKING. EVAPORATOR COIL LESS THAN 2 WEEKS OLD IS LEAKING .

      One hour air continues to fail. Tech was hear on 8-5 says has to order piston part. I had to wait until 8-7 for part to be put in. 6 hours WITH NO AIR THE HOTTEST PART OF THE DAY. Tech put part in doesn't look like same part. On 8-10 my air is not cooling again. I'm tired of dealing with the company ***** 3 or more days. The NEW EVAPORATOR COILS have frozen numerous times, but the company won't replace them. So they are waisting time replacing everything else. The Tech that put in new Evac coil didn't put in correctly atleast that is what the Tech said after they froze the first time. I WANNA REFUND. DEALING WITH THIS FOR A MONTH NOW BECAUSE COMPANY CANT INSTALL PARTS CORRECTLY, AND NOW WON'T REPLACE WHAT THEY MESSED UP. ITS 8-11 AIR IS NOT COOLING

      The last technician that was here said he had no clue as to wrong was wrong and left.  One hour air is a sham for older people. They just charge you and told fix anything.

      We had a brand new ** unit (inside and outside) put into our house October 2019. This cost over 7k and was done throughOne Hour Air. There were several problems with it and we had called them out to the house on more than one ocassion. They also failed to honor their every six month maintenance on the unit post COVId. In December 2023 the ** stopped working again. We were told it was the condenser. By One Hour Air. We paid $1936 to get it replaced and bought a warranty. This work was done the second week of January 2024. On March 15 2024 the ** was again not functioning. Now they said its the compressor (which would be functioning if the condenser was replaced properly-if this in fact *** needing replacing). The technicians are not certified and work on commission.

      Called them to come out on Sunday, March 3, 2024 afternoon. Tech came and supposedly diagnosed the issue but unfortunately had to order the part. We paid the emergency fee and paid for the labor (part was under warranty) but stressed the urgency on having it installed as soon as possible as we have two newborn twins in the home that just got out of the nicu and we need the air for cooling and for filtering dust and pollen. The part came in Tuesday March 5th, 2024 in the morning and I called right away and they scheduled to come out between 11-2. No one showed. We got a voicemail that said they were running behind but they never came. My husband called and they said they would have to some out Wednesday instead. Tech came out and replaced the part (which was under warranty) but the unit still didnt work and said the connector was bad. I asked him to take the new part off since it seemed we just needed a connector. He did not. He then still couldnt get it running and said it was the compressor- which is also under warranty. They wanted to charge me another $1200 for labor on top of the $560 I paid on Sunday. When mentioning their no show and guarantee about being on time I was told I had two options pay a slightly discounted rate of $770 or the tech would come back and remove the part he put in that we thought had fixed the ** knowing there are two babies in the home. I asked for him to give me the corporate number and he said he would have his regional manager reach out to me. It has been hours and my ** unit is not cooling my home. Its colder outside than in my house and I was told they didnt have any tech to come out and help. I never leave reviews, but this has been the worst experience ever And my problem still isnt solved.

      Work to replace our ductwork began in September, and after 17 visits by multiple workers, it has not been completed so that the system works. Our electric bill has tripled since they began working on it. The zones are labeled incorrectly, and the dampers are not installed correctly and are not working as they should. We had a Trane inspection and they told us it needs to be replaced. We DO NOT want this company to come back. We just want a refund. We paid $17,316. for this and want a refund.

      Paid One Hour Air $989.10 for a new AC line, which was never installed because their installation team declined to do the job stating it was another issue, not the line. A coil was replaced which did not resolve the issue. I was verbally told I would not be charged for a new line and I would be refunded. I have received no refund and the installation team damaged property (bathroom wall) and failed to notify me.

      A repair was made to the inside wall this morning (9/19/23). The outside wall could not be repaired by the sub-contractor who arrived and needs to be addressed by One Hour Air directly. The sub-contractor claimed he will notify One Hour Air. A refund of payment has not been processed as of this update.

      My a/c stopped. The service tech said the compressor had a leak. I had a choice of repair or buy new. Service tech told me new costs about $8000. Based on that I decided to buy new. He made enough repairs to get a/c started again. He charged me $1409 for these repairs and said that would be credited towards the purchase of a new compressor. A half hour after the tech left the system stopped again. The salesman showed up and showed me the cost of a new compressor was over $11000 dollars. He said the $1409 would be applied to the cost. I asked if I get the $1409 back if I didn't want the new compressor. His answer was no. I am out $1409 and still have a broken compressor. I want my money back.

      Sorry for the delay in getting  back to you.

      My bank, ******, got my money back.  A few days later  One Hour sent me an invoice by email and a few minutes later sent me a credit invoice for the amount .

      As far as I am concerned the matter is closed even though I consider them a scumbag company.
