    Order number ****** On December 17, 2022 I ordered what was supposed to be a 6xl varsity jacket but it’s definitely not! This jacket is clearly a 3xl/4xl. I am requesting a refund and they are charging me a $15 return shipping fee for THEIR error!! This is clearly fraud and has already been been reported to my attorney. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to handle. I have requested a return shipping label as I have no use for this jacket and want ALL my money refunded including this bogus shipping fee! I can purchase what I need from elsewhere. This is a fraudulent business and I will never patronize this company again!

    On Nov 23 2022,I ordered a leather jacket item #VL515-48 Order #(885922) for $94.95. This was supposed to be a Christmas present to me, and was supposed to be delivered via ***** Nov 28 2022. I did receive a email saying it was delivered at front door,after receiving email I wanted to get home quick as wife and I were out of town at my daughter's and was fixn to rain, when got home we didn't see anything or find any packages. Honestly idk what happened time of year when thief's steal *************** see on news all time, not saying that's what happened all I'm saying I didn't get it..!! I was excited to wear it and show it off to my ******* mabey give team motorcycle more business, I emailed them several times just asking if they could do something or help me with sending another jacket and this time someone needed to sign for package would save both parties headaches. On Dec 1 they emailed me back saying give em till end of day, and they'd send a replacement, couple days go by and hadn't heard anything so I emailed them again several no responses. I believe company is scandalous and their customer service are very rude and unprofessional!! Hope this complaint helps others thinking on purchasing from team motorcycle to be cautious as I feel my disabled mother on disability is out the money she paid and very upset .. sincerely *******************

    Received a message saying their not replacing my order, cause said was delivered but I still haven't found package crappy service I advise everyone to stay away from these scammers

    Tired of arguing with a poor business with very poor and rude customer service representatives ************** over this issue clearly they aren't going to make things right as they told me is between me and ****** I tried filling a claim w/FedEx on the matter but when trying said someone already filled a claim on it, well wasn't me they do have a standard $100 insurance but since I didn't claim and Team Motorcycle did they got the $100 I guess and top it off also kept the $95 that my disabled mother paid w/her debit card, I didn't ask for much on this matter just wanted another the same jacket I ordered at request w/a signature apon delivery that way we both would no I received the package..!!! But Team Motorcycle refuses to do right w/customer on something so simple isn't like I stoled from them as that how they made me feel..!! As if anything reading reviews and complaints of Team Motorcycle their the ones scamming and fraudulent taking customers hard working money and I would to if where business be ashamed and embarrassed to contact a customer back .!!!! But in reality ********************** is responsible for reimbursement or another jacket Plain and simple as it's not my responsibility.I'm downloading screenshots that help solve this easy but simple matter thank you sincerely *****

    March 31, 2022 I placed an order for a leather jacket, leather chaps and boots for motorcycle riding. Immediately received an email stating the chaps weren't available in the size requested.. I responded and requested the sizes available... No answer... I received my shipment with jacket and boots, no chaps... After many attempts to call and email without any response... I finally get an email "2nd Request" for optional size for chaps... I respond with an acceptable size... That is the last communication I've received on April 11, 2022 Multiple call and emails have been sent still without an answer.
