      They got the job done, but I wasn’t thrilled with the service. They didn’t wrap my furniture properly, and some items got nicked. I was expecting better for the price.

      ABSOLUTE BEST there is!Moved from S ** to N ********** and it could not have gone better!! We had never used a moving company before, so we contacted many and got quotes and heard all the sales pitches and defamation of their competitors which was NOT professional! Then came Real Time Relocation and what a world of difference - **** was very polite had nothing bad to say about any other company - had the best price of all - and very understanding that it was going to be awhile before we actually needed them. He let us know how long the quote was good for and bid us a good day. He did not drive us nuts with phone calls, text messages and e-mails like some of the other companies. Some were so puffed and proud of themselves it was nothing but bragging about who they moved and I am sure it was supposed to impress us and try to justify their cost. I don't personally care if you moved the president I was looking for someone to move MY TRESURES - our items may look simple to others but Real Time understood all our memories are attached to these items and to us it is precious and they treated it as if it was their own or worth a million!! ***** was the ******* on our job and we will be asking for him on the next move - he is very accommodating, understanding and has excellent control of his crew which changes from day to day. In ***** he had D and **** helping and the next day he had **** and *****, Again - all the best of manners and concern about our contentment always making sure to help if it was the simplest thing like move it a little this way or that and very cautious with each piece and the surroundings moving out of 1 house and into the next. Never a cross word never a curse always complete manners and concern. *******, the office manager and ***** in customer service are equally as good and will make you very comfortable. This company not only is tops they make you feel like they have adopted you.

      I couldnt have asked for a better moving experience. The team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get my belongings from my old apartment to my new home. They were polite, careful, and made sure nothing was damaged. I felt completely at ease with them handling everything.

      On 10/21/24 I was seeking moving cost to move my fathers things from ***** who just passed away, back home to Ca . *** ***** senior logistics coordinator, said he was always available . That is not the case. As he sent me an estimate and the things Ive said that needs to be move he sent another email for the deposit for the move of $829.05 . Plans have changed on my end . I called this morning 11/7/24 to get back my deposit. They said theres a 72 hr window to get back my deposit on the contract once I agreed . That was never told to me . Nor did he ever guide me to that , as he guided me to other parts of the agggreement/information, but not the cancellation policy . The move isnt until 11/20/2924 . Thats two weeks out ! They were unwilling to help me as Im already under distress and overwhelmed of dealing with my fathers death and his personal things . They werent even willing to give me half of my deposit so people should not go with this company . ***** even comes of rude and her manager ****** Tonya *******

      Navigating an older home with low ceilings and tight corners didnt slow the movers down. Large pieces of furniture were expertly handled, and delicate items were wrapped carefully. Every item arrived without any damage or hasslea flawless job.

      For medical reasons, we needed to move closer to a hospital, and the guys from Real Time Relocation were a big help. They took extra care in packing our delicate medical equipment and ensured that everything was securely transported. The team worked quickly but meticulously, making sure nothing was damaged. Upon arrival, they helped us arrange the larger items, allowing us to get settled with minimal hassle. Their professionalism and attention to our special needs were remarkable.
