      I had a climate-controlled storage unit, at the back, that was cleared out on Saturday, Feb. 18. I had to RUSH, Dad DIED, passed away in KS, need to be up there THIS SUNDAY, Feb. 26, 2023, to care and tend to Funeral and things. I would not be back to FL until after March 8, 2023, which would force me into ANOTHER month charge, according to their policy (giving until the 6th of the month to pay next monthly charge.) I "thought" I'd get some kind of compensation/refund. I THOUGHT WRONG. Sure, it served it's purpose for two months. I made sure it was ALL cleaned out. I'm not sure who Sue is, she told me there would be NO early compensation refund, for this last week!...a BASE MONTHLY FLAT rage, no matter what. WELL, I will bet THAT storage unit is already rented NOW. I see/being told, how you operate, run, that is double-dipping, I'm sure, NO DOUBT, you all are doing VERY WELL, with all the little businesses in there as well. It is a REAL shame, being a Senior Citizen, limited income, forced out of my living situation, having to QUICKLY fly up North for my Dad. I am stepping up, explaining my sad situation...review, even though you may not care.
