I have been a customer for a few years. The cuts and front desk service have always been good. This concerns the manager/owner. After my appointment, he came out into the parking lot, Asked if I was Pete. He then started scolding me like a child. Telling me I act self-important, as I didn't respond to texts about an appointment confirmation .Told that I am not important, numerous times, that I just think I am because I was on vacation and didn't respond to a confirmation. Talking over me and getting irate in the parking lot with me in my vehicle, my The issue wasn't the fee, it was being changed also based on the tip I was asked for ahead of time. He then stated, what do you care, your jeep stickers cost more than my fee, how do you pay your electric bill? They have a fee? You just go around town acting like a self important person, you are not. Treating people like they don't matter. I could go on and on with this mans rantings, but it will not solve the issue. I tried to talk, was talked over and belittled repeatedly for no reason. After realizing I was not going to be allowed to voice my concerns. I drove off with him still stating remarks at me in the parking lot. The ownership or management targeted me, a long time customer in good standing. Made many untrue assumptions of me, because I was away on vacation, unneeded profiling of me concerning the type and condition of the vehicle I was in, made it a point to accost me to my face, in the parking lot of his business, all after I missed one appointment, a month ago and walked out of his business today and didn't say goodbye to an employee upon walking out. He personally, verbally attacked me for no reason. The issue of one missed appointment and explanation of a credit card fee could have been handled in a much more professional manner. Profiling and raging at a customer who doesn't have a chance to even speak, is not how you do business.
