            Since March 2022, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning Non-Delivery of their order.  Specifically, Consumers have not received their order made through the website, and found that no refunds have been received.
            1).  The website, https://remedyholisticwellness.com, was created on January 21st, 2022.

            2).  BBB was not able to verify if the address in Spring Hill is registered to any business. Please understand that scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address usually has no connection to the scam business.

            3). All mailing addresses, websites, and email addresses on file are currently bad/inactive.

            BBB unable to locate business
            On April 13, 2023 I placed an order with ***************************, owner of the company. She had me send her the payment via CashApp which I had to download in order to send since she claimed she was unable to receive money on other platforms. I was told that it would take up to 3 months to infuse the order which I knew from the start. I never received any kind of shipping notification so I followed up with her again in July where she claimed the items were shipped (again never provided a shipping confirmation) then continued to gaslight me. She claimed she'd send an order right out which never happened so I followed up again in August and received more excuses from her. The phone # she used to communicate me with is a ****** # that now belongs to someone else allegedly. She will not return my emails or DM's on Instagram but is actively posting on her Instagram page about her products in attempt to scam more people out of money. I want my money back or I intend to file a report with the ********************************

            Just like so many others before me, I ordered (June 2023) a product (iridology reading) and it wasn't fulfilled. After months went by, I reach out to her and she was at first rude, think I was a detox patient asking for my final reading before finishing my detox. When I showed her my order for just the initial reading, she was very apologetic, beating herself up about not getting it done, asked for more time, couple of weeks. I was understanding, agreed, then after several weeks went by, reached out again and she apologized profusely again, says she'd get right on it! A week at the most. Well, over a month went by and still nothing, so I asked for my money back as it had been nearly 6 months! No reply or response. Ghosted. She has a new website, can't access the old one. Go figure!! Going by a different last name too.
