  I've been asking for a new chlorinator since January ** system stopped working around that time I still have not gotten a response or anybody coming out I just kept getting a promises. The system only lasted two months, and I've been getting the running around ever since.

  The company pretends that they are with an environment testing department and try to schedule a water test inside your house. They are a predatory business and should be avoided and reported for fraud.

  This gentleman received a marketing tool from me and responded with complaints before even speaking with anyone in my office. I did return his call and he immediately started threatening me and cussing at me.

  Sir,I did none of those things. You misrepresented yourself pretending to be a required environmental testing stating there is ammonia in the new housing and it was monitory a person had to test inside my house. All I did was cancel once I realized you were not associated with the city or county. You should be ashamed of your business practices and fined for impersonating a government agency.

  Environmental Water Solutions or Resources same bad company. This is what the card said "Unfortunately we were unable to reach you by phone or in person. Upon receiving this notice we ask that you contact our office within 72 hours". How could they reach me by phone as I never gave them my number. I never saw anyone trying to find me in person from a water resource company. I did not know Environmental Water Solutions or Resources even had a water department with **** running the operations. This whole place is a SCAM and should be shut down. All they want is your money and no service after you hand them a check. They are not a County or *************** even though it sounds like it is. I got screwed by this company like a few others have and the last straw was last week when ***** called out of the blue and (just happened to be in the neighborhood and wanted to do the maintenance because we were over due for our yearly maintenance so my wife and I agreed and he came and I actually helped him and it still cost $290.00 to clean out the 100 gallon salt container. First off, he called just when my wife started dinner at around 4:45 and said he would be right over and did not get to the house til around 5:45 and finished at 6:40. How rude... When needless to say the check was cashed the next day and my container was half filled with water and called the main number called *****'s number and finally after all the calling ***** called me around 10:30 Saturday morning and he would be out by about 2:00. No call, no *****, no nothing. I have called and left many messages and I know they are screening there calls because I did get a text message back from *** who I don't know what he does excepts screens calls. He said they would be out to take care of it but ***** needed a new phone and he would call me when he got his new phone. That was in the morning, in the afternoon I called *****'s phone and number was not in service. They need to be looked at and shut down. Shysters!

  Total scam. Do not deal with this company. They lie about who they are to get in the door. The guy does his water purification demo and 10 mins in I tell him he needs to go because I need to finish making dinner. The guy tries to stick around and even gives me attitude. After telling him to leave a couple more times and him pushing back, I finally tell him to get the **** out of my house. He finally packs up his stuff and starts to leave. He tried to setup a 'reset' appointment after I told him to leave multiple times. Was also rude to my girlfriend. What a joke this guy and his company is.

  Excellent product. Excellent company.*** is an honest man running a good business and intent on providing a first-rate water purification system and superb customer service. I'm very happy that I chose this company and this product. In 2016, *** showed me the ***** system (no hard sell, no misrepresentation) and I was really impressed with how it compared to other systems. It's the Cadillac of water systems. The lifetime warranty it carried sold me. I had my system installed in 2016, 6 years ago and the other day (Sept 2022) something went wrong with the system (happens with ANY product - that's why we have warranties). A major overhaul was necessary. *** hustled to get some components he didn't have on hand and sent a tech out THAT DAY to fix my system. He completely rebuilt the system (about a $2,000 job). ALL COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. You can't beat that. I'm convinced that (1) this is the best system around, (2) that it has the best warranty you could hope for and (3) that Environmental Water Resources is the company to go to for the system. I highly recommend them.
