    Windows Doors and More (****** ******** *********) *** ******* ******, *** ***, St Augustine Beach, FL ***** ***** ******** We purchased seven (7) Pella replacement windows from the ****** ***** ** ****** ***** ******* in January 26, 2023 at a cost of $9,398.34 Windows Doors and More, measured the window openings and confirmed the order. The windows were delivered on March 27, 2023 The delivered windows were the incorrect type – for wood frame rather than windows for masonry construction. We agreed that the windows could be modified to fit the masonry openings but would require an additional outside flange/trim to seal the opening and complete the job. The windows were installed on Tuesday March 28, 2023 Windows Doors and More supervisor on the job site (***** stated: • The building inspector could not inspect until the flange/trim was complete • They would return and complete the job As of May 29, 2023 the job is not completed. I have called ****** install weekly for the last five (5) weeks. • Each time I have been assured: o A work order has been issued o I will be contacted by Windows Doors and More within two days • No contact has taken place Calls to Windows Doors and More have not be answered Resolution: Completion of the job for which I have paid.
