  We chose this Sailboat based on the pictures, description, as well as the location. 5 Star for location, 2 Star for pictures vs actual, 2 Star for description, let me explain, the location was amazing, close to everything, and the ****** is just top notch. Let's talk about the ***********************, in your description this should be a MAJOR focal point which was not. We did NOT have any idea what was within our reach until we actually arrived. You should go into more detail about ***********************, it's a very cool environment to say the least, I spoke with other guests staying in your Boatels and none of them had an idea as well. Pictures let's just say that the pictures are not close to accurate, that is being very nice. I will leave it there. Description of the vessel, well not having HOT water was not listed, all the other vessels were the same according to the other guests as well, the major inconvenience of having to take a shower at the ****** was not a plus, now if you had stated this prior it might have made it a little easier. The manual toilet was not an issue except for when you flushed the horrible smell of a septic system went through the whole boat, and this was only going #1, neither healthy nor romantic. The sailboat is very dated and that's the issue but using the word Luxury is NOT the word to describe the vessel. The hot plate took forever, no dishrags for the dishes, one of the electrical outlets was popping, etc . My wife and I just wanted to get away for the weekend and enjoy ourselves and it was surprise from me since she sailed all over ***** when she was a kid and loves sailboats. We have stayed on other types of boats on vacation before, but we really wanted to do a sailboat. The saving ***** was *********************** otherwise it would be less than a 3. I will say that emails are responsive, but information should go out sooner than 1 hour before arrival.
