            This is the most unethical and unprofessional doctor's ****** i've ever encountered in my life. I was "released" as a patient as a result of a phone conversation with the physician's assistant or nurse where I was contesting a prior authorization policy. There was no yelling, profanity, or unprofessional tone. It was a conversation, not a confrontation. I had to call in after my portal was disabled for someone to tell me I was no longer a patient. After being bounced around without an explanation, I had to ask what the cause was and the ******r ******* stated it was for my "behavior". I am a fairly self-aware person who luckily had witnesses who heard my conversation in a workplace. I am still dumbfounded by this and more shocked I have no recourse to not allow this to happen. I have now been inconvenienced by them to find another physician, my prescription was not filled and my side effects as a result of that. I truly feel bad for people who depend on medication for their lives.
