            I'm a first time home owner and *** **** went beyond my expectations. It was extremely professional and the best experience I could ask for. He thoroughly reviewed the house in and out. Found several issues and stated several reports that helped me negotiate the value of the house. After fixed the issues he re-issued the reports. Very good experience.
