I purchased a ring from vintage gentleman on 1/28/24 hoping the ring would arrive before Valentines Day (when the order was placed it promised 3-5 days), no tracking was available so I emailed their support on 2/6. **** responded and told me that the ring I ordered was out of stock and it would be 3-4 weeks till it was in stock and I would receive an email with tracking. But over a month later on 3/9 I reached out to **** again asking for an update on my order. Today is 3/23 and I still have not heard back. This company is a scam. Really disgusting that there are people out there that are stealing money from people trying to purchase something out of love. Send me what I ordered or refund my money.Business Response

I placed an order for two rings on 2/3/24 (order 71442). I wasn’t sure about the sizes so I emailed the company to ask how the sizing process works. I got no response. On 2/12/24 I did receive their ring sizer in the mail along with a card stating once we have the sizes to email the same address I emailed the first time. I did, and still received no response. I have tried to use the virtual chat option twice and after 15min an error pops up and closes the window. I have sent messages to the support email, social media posts, and social media direct messages. I’m still interested in the product , just anxious that they accepted my money and will not respond to any communication.Customer Answer

I purchased a ring from this dealer and selected the sizer option. We received the ring sizer within about 10 days. I was very happy about that. I emailed them with the size and requested a confirmation of receipt. I have heard nothing back and have not received any updates regarding the actually ring being mailed to me. I would appreciate someone to reach out to me and let me know when my ring will be delivered. I have paid for it in full. On Dec 16th I placed an order with The Vintage Gentlemen. I purchased 2 items. I only received 1 of the two items I ordered. I have emailed 2 times and used direct message on both *********/******** on their business accounts. I have never received a response. I read reviews a little too late, and realized I am not the only person experiencing this issue with them. I would like either the item I purchased from them, or a refund.
