    I came in to get my eyes checked. I have worn contact my entire life and was getting a pair of glasses for emergency reasons. The doctor told me that I was no longer a good candidate for contact lenses and would not fit me for them. He did my exam for glasses. At the end I said can you please double check that what you did was correct, it did not feel right. He said, no, I double checked it and it is fine. I paid and then went to a different eye doctor the following week. They fitted me with contacts, no issues. They actually got me the best contact I have ever had. I had them do my glasses exam and then after told them I had just had it done a week ago somewhere else, could you please compare the two. As expected, he said the exam done here *** ******* was too much astigmatism and you would not be happy with how it felt. I had already bought $400 glasses which arrived yesterday. He was so right, they are way too strong and it is horrible to wear them. This was a lazy job that could have easily been corrected by an eye doctor who cared.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    There is no reason I should have to drive two hours ( one hour each way) to get a refund.  That can easily be done at any moment without me being there.  I will call them now, but I would like a refund without having to physically go there.  I already wasted time and money to go there for an exam that went very wrong.
