    Called campground yesterday to make reservations for January 31. Was told to select site and book through online. I booked online, Not realizing the dates were incorrect. The website added the current date to the following date. This was after 4 pm. No confirmation was sent. I didn't think much of it as my reservation was for the 31st. Today I received an email thanking me for my recent stay. Immediately called the campground to inquire as to the mistake. Was met by an extremely rude woman who basically told me it was too bad that they didn't have a phone number for me to question the same day reservation. She refused to credit me or offer a different nights stay. She claims email to confirm was sent and that she tried to call me. There is no record of a phone call on my call log. I called her back to inform her this is bad business and that I did not receive a phone call or an email to confirm dates. She blatantly lied and was extremely rude. I told her I knew as the owner she could offer me a night stay. She refused. We enjoy The State of Florida and have stayed in many campgrounds, RV resorts, rental properties, time shares, VRBO homes and hotels. We have never been treated like this. Bad, bad business. Rude and arrogant.
